The most terrible subway I ever seen, don’t even let customer wash their hands, says washroom is only for employees, the worst subway in the town if you have any other options just don’t choose this one, I had zero problem with any other subway in North America this is the first one I ever experienced.

I give 1? so that I can write a review, and I wouldn't even give a star to this store if I could. It's the worst subway I've ever been to! Grabs a little bit chicken with her hands，she doesn't need a measuring cup at all, she gives vegetables below the standard! In the end, she doesn't even want to give an extra napkin. May I ask if the subway now stipulates that 6-inch bread can only be accompanied by a napkin!! it is rude throughout the whole process, and the gloves that have grabbed the chicken will go to the cashier without changing. Your attitude is very bad！！！

Literally the best subway i've ever been too. I asked for a rice bowl and they filled it to the very top. it couldn’t even close because of how much they stuffed it. this place is my go to subway. i've been ordering from here for 4 years and its time i write a review for it. its been with me through everything. I have ordered here for so long and they never disappoint. all the staff are so nice and make my day, its never dirty and always freshly cleaned, mopped, and sanitized. Ive had so many go to orders and all of them were delicious. Definitely reccomend. ?
This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to by far. The staff exceed my expectations, the food tastes amazing, and the atmosphere is always spotless. I went to this Subway last week and was helped by Shabi. I asked for a meatball sub and she had no problem at all making that for me. I would definitely recommend this Subway, fast service, clean atmosphere, great food, and amazing employees.
I even don’t wanna give them one star review. I did an online order, they changed my bread from whole grain to flat without notice, put couple slices veggies that under standard quality. When the store owner called me about the issue, she yelled at me and said she can not do anything for me. Won’t go there any more.

The only nice thing I can say is that the bread was good.People who can't think for themselves shouldn't be allowed to work by themselves.But worse than the service is the menu. You used to be able to choose your ingredients, but now you have to choose 1 of 14 options. At least I could choose my own bread.I asked for a 6" and the girl tried to cut a 12" in half. I'm glad she gave me the 8" half but feel bad for the person who will get the 4" half.There was much more that was wrong, but I won't list it here and just say i won't be back
The sub may be a foot (12") long but they have made it more narrow than other subway locations. In addition, the quantity of anything on the subway is reduced a considerable amount. Any request for double (extra) like tomatoes, spinach, etc. is ignored. They charge the same amount as other location but serve less.

Don't ever go there. Staff is lazy and incompetent. They don't understand the meaning of MORE and LESS.And if you have ordered online, check packed order before you leave, It wont have enough filling for sure or they must missed some items deliberately.
