This is kabab take out place, so do not expect sitdown service. Their kebabs are best enjoyed at your home. I like their koobideh, barq and chicken breast scewers. I do consider them one of the best around and often order from them.

We recently ordered Kebab only and are very satisfied with it. The lady at the front was able to take our order on such short notice and once we arrived our food was perfectly packaged and ready to take. The chef also offered tah-dig (Cscorched Rice) for free. I thought they appreciate my business.

Today, we bought koobideh kebabs, it was very dry and tasted awful we couldn’t even swallow it. The koobideh was falling apart in pieces. Very disappointing It felt like we were eating cardboard. I'm truly dissatisfied that there isn't a professional chef here. One of their employees was unhygienic, frequently touching and playing with their nose and handling everything. I won't be ordering food from here again such a disgusting place.❌❌❌

Went back to this restaurant after a year. I often go to Taftan restaurants, but didn't get a chance to go back to this location for a while. The usual cashier was replaced. The new one overcharged me for $20. I didn't say anything. Once home I found out the food was not as tasty as before, and the rice quantity was much less than other times as well. Disappointed. Hope they'll bring back the usual old service and quality.

Whenever I come to Toronto from the US, I like to order from Taftan. This time when I ordered, for the first time ever, they got my order wrong, they multiplied my order by 3! Honest mistake, the lady may have misheard. But, when I was there and made the correction, she got eratic and rude and accused me of being a guy that always does this. I literally had to pull out my US drivers license to show her I wasn't lying. Her treatment was degrading, disrespectful and unfortunate. When I told her respectfully that customer service is very important when dealing with clients, she didn't even look at me and she never apologized. I am very disappointed. Though the food is great,, I am not enjoying it at all because of this bad experience. I will not be ordering from there again.
