Currently sitting in the restaurant and the customer service has been extremely subpar since I’ve walked in. A hostess at the front did not even let me say hello to her before telling me not to talk and to stand in line. When I got to the table where the rest of my family was (a bigger party) the waitresses told me not to move seats, when someone asked if the table was getting more bread we were told by the waitress “I only have two hands”, and our waitresses were extremely frustrated when just simply serving and taking our orders. Will not be coming back to this location again. I have never experienced this low-grade customer service for a Keg location before.

I ordered the filet mignon and added a lobster tail. The steak was cooked just as I ordered it. And the butter for the lobster was very creamy and delicious. I also had the creme brulee for dessert and this was amazing as well.

Shrink-flation is clearly at play. You used to get a serving of vegetables with the prime rib classic dinner - now it is a few mushrooms. Caesar salad used to have shaved meat Parmesan cheese - now it is the powdered stuff. Higher prices but still poorer quality meal.

Excellent customer experience. We have a daughter with severe food allergies and they are extremely attentive, cautious and take good care of us. The manager always comes to our table to say hi and discuss and reassure us they are on it.This is our go-to restaurant for that reason ... the food and service is consistenly great.
