On March 18th, this restaurant allowed a woman named Jamileh Sabbagh to rent out their space. Unfortunately, this experience was quite negative for me and I feel that the manager of this restaurant should be aware of who they are renting to. The event was for the Persian New Year and cost $60 per person. The event was poorly organized and started at 7 pm. The atmosphere was extremely overwhelming due to the overcrowded restaurant. It was obvious that the woman had overbooked the tickets. The food was served at the latest possible time, around 10:30 pm, and only after the people sitting in the cold negative temperature balcony area became angry. There was favoritism towards one table in the inside area of the restaurant, which was getting the most attention and service. The food was served cold and with plastic utensils that were often broken and unusable. This woman has destroyed any respect or trust that I had for her since she has been lying and playing the victim in several Iranian community groups. This restaurant is now a lost cause for me, and every time I pass by, I will not recommend or get any service there. Even with the fact that they were just a sponsor, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

“Unpleasant Experience at the Restaurant”I recently dined at your restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.Service: The service at the restaurant was very poor. The manager ( Mr. Hamid ) treated customers disrespectfully and did not respond adequately to requests.Capacity: It appears that the restaurant has accepted more customers than it can handle. We had the best server when we had dinner there. She was friendly and very welcoming but the owner was rude, verbally abusive towards her in public and even made her cry! It ruined our night to see that amazing girl got bullied for her great service! Such a shame! That girl deserves to work in the best restaurants, not that place!I am writing for fellow Iranians not to repeat our bitter experience because of the harassing and rude behavior of the owner of this place. We had the best waiter at the table. A kind and polite girl who was verbally abused by the owner of this place because of the time she took for the customers to have a good experience, and she almost cried because of the discomfort and embarrassment that was imposed on her in front of the customers. Seeing the sadness in his kind eyes ruined the night for all of us. The reason was that other customers were waiting for service. Instead of yelling at his waiter, instead of ruining his customers' night, and instead of hiring fewer people to save money, the owner of this place should learn customer service from this lady or hire more waiters. We will never go back there again and we advise everyone not to leave their feet there.

We came here to have a quick meal and decided to leave after getting 1 appetizer, they said they didn’t have multiple things that we asked about from the menu (including simple things like sangria or an old fashioned), smelled like urinal cakes in the entrance, then cigarettes, windows were shattered, not very clean, it seemed like only 1 person there spoke english and she wasnt even the one helping us (its fine to not speak english but if you dont understand when someone is asking for dishes from the menu maybe the english speaker should take orders or you should change the menu)
