There is a staff member (one of them who works at cash) whitish hair older woman - who in the world does she think she is treating customers so badly? It is not just “rudeness”. It is not a matter of “mistakes, slowness, or incompetence”. It is more serious than that. It is not a matter of reacting to rude or too demanding customers. I have witnessed this behaviour from her towards some of the nicest customers. I have never seen this type of behaviour or experienced it before in any store. Does she own this Tim Horton’s franchise or something (not that owning it would be an excuse anyway). It is very odd. Why is Tim Horton’s tolerating such behaviour towards it’s customers? She deliberately upsets and degrades customers, and enjoys trying to or accomplishing ruining their day. There have been many complaints from customers yet it carries on. That is why this review is as it is. Won’t ever give my business to this Tim Horton’s again. It just simply isn’t worth it.

check your order carefully when you get food from this Tim’s !!Our sandwich was the wrong one and missing grilled onion, honey dip donut was missing from the order. Everything we ordered has to be repeated to the cashier 3x! But still nothing in order was given right! you guys should really train your staff before they serve the customers … too bad we were on the go and only noticed this when already on highway. But how hard is to send an order as described? Btw we came in 11 am on a Monday, store was not busy at all.

just came out of your drive thru, very bad service … first time we were told that if we order a lot just go inside in a sarcastic tone!!! ? … we’re always ordering from a drive thru at all tim horton’s chain and this is the first time we were sarcastically told off. “Why, is there a rule that more than 2 people should order inside the store???!!! but we don’t want to go inside the store, that’s why we’re ordering from your drive thru. And when we complained about it, all of them agreed with that horrible man…we are the customers here, they should serve us nicely. It seems like the customers time and convenience is not important compared to Tim Horton’s. If they don’t want to work there, then they should quit and not vent out on us. We will never go back to this branch. Terrible people, terrible service. Look at the serviettes they gave us, all crumpled up and looked used. ??‍♀️ big thumbs down to this Tim horton’s branch. Red Maple/Richmond Hill. We knew our orders exactly and didn’t delay. So what are they complaining about? Bunch of lazy people omg. A lot more people with good customer service would like their jobs honestly. These batch of workers should quit or be re-trained their customer service skills. ?????? we’re very disappointed. these workers are so RUDE. We give them 0 zero star.

Two Saturdays ago, I looked at my Tim Hortons app and realized that I had twelve days to use a coupon for a free baked good. I am frankly not great at redeeming a coupon for a free item at a place that I rarely frequent. The fact that I had nearly two weeks left was a miracle for me... haha! After I had taken in a matinee at Cineplex SilverCity, I did a search for a Timmy's. I found this one in front of Home Depot nearby. Perfect! I looked at all donuts that I could get. I have always loved the toasted coconut donut. I feel like it had disappeared from the menu for a while and magically came back for me to redeem for it. I am not a regular Timmy's customer. I visited Timmy's three times last year, so I could be completely wrong about its disappearance from the menu. Redeeming my coupon for this donut was easy. I then headed over to this eatery. I hit the drive-thru because I like going through one. I dig the drive-thru design. It's long enough to accommodate cars in the double digits without any of them blocking the parking in front of the eatery. It was busy, but I didn't mind waiting. When I got to the speaker area, I indicated that I had an order and stated my name. I remembered that for mobile orders, you rattle off your name and not the order confirmation number. The woman got it and said that I could pull ahead. I was about to pull up to the window. I heard a pop. It kind of rattled me because it was both loud and unexpected. My guess is that I drove over a cup or something that made that loud sound. Anyway, I got a nice woman who handed me my donut in a paper bag. I thanked her and drove off to Dollarama to run some errands. After I was done shopping, I sat in my car and devoured my toasted coconut donut. It was so good. Oh, how I have missed this donut! If it's here to stay on the menu, I may visit Timmy's more often and hit double-digit visits. I love anything with coconut. It was the perfect combination of a freshly baked donut with toasted coconut covering the whole thing, with a light coating of glaze for the coconut flakes to adhere to the donut. I'm drooling. I want another one. Maybe half a dozen. I liked this Timmy's. When I'm in this area again and want a toasted coconut donut, I'm heading over here again. (42)

Experienced a bad service today in this Tim. A tall waiter, man, roughly 40-year-old, wide body. Forgot to look at his name. When ordering, he said I look grumpy. Why judge a customer?!!! I was just stepping into the store to buy a coffee. Also I never heard anybody else say that to me. I got hurt. One moe thing, the order machine not working when scan points from phone app.I think I will not go there again.

I visited the Tim Hortons located at 50 red maple road this morning. While awaiting my sister to place her order, I overheard a cashier was shouting. Upon closer look, it became this cashier was raising his voice at my sister. The cashier's conduct seemed to stem from my sister being a newcomer and not yet familiar with the menu. This cashier's behaviour was entirely unprofessional and uncalled for. It was shocking to witness such an unpleasant encounter. This incident has not only tainted my perception of Tim Hortons but has also left my sister feeling humiliated and discouraged from returning to Tim Hortons.

Always a hit or a miss with this place. Sometimes quick and friendly service and sometimes slow and cold shoulder service.Sometimes slow because of the clowns in drive thru that order too many food items.Egg bites were good but not cheap $3.99 for two.Wheelchair accessibility: Really bad parking lot lighting in the area.

Because of the snow storm the staff was wanting to leave early. People were stranded and this Tim Hortons closed the doors and actually turned people away.I would never attend this Tim Hortons again.
