At least 6 people working behind the counter and only 1 till is being used despite 2 being available and there being a line of at least 5 people waiting. It really isn't that hard to speed things up when you have that many people working. Wanted to get a combo meal but decided to just get a coffee and muffin cause it took so long, literally watched others leave without even ordering too

This is your most average Tim Hortons in the area. I got a steeped tea and a farmer's wrap. Service was quick, actually too quick. Didn't even grill the wrap for 10 seconds. I was in a hurry, so I didn't wanna waste any more time in there. I'll stick to tea from here on out. At least they are good at making teas ?

I rarely post bad reviews but the drive-thru customer service of this tim hortons has prompted me to voice my experience. This is the second time I was talking to a rude girl taking my order in the drive thru.My first order was a phone order, and when I reached there they had nothing on the menu that I ordered. The drive thru rude girl asked me to come in where my problem was resolved by a senior polite lady.This second time I made sure not to put mobile order and that rude lady denied my order. She never confirmed my order and when I asked her for an item once three options I asked were not available she said sorry you can drive up to drive way. She didn’t continue with my order and prompted me such that I didn’t go on with my order and left without ordering. I had young kids in the car and I don’t like such experiences in front of them. I am never going here again.The one on yonge and elgin mills will be a far better choice for me. Both were convenient locations, why bother waste time with rude people making our experience especially little school kids the worst ever!To the manager of the store, make wise choices when hiring people! This tim hortons was my go to place for 3 years, but sadly no more!

I had bad experience from Mr.saffi in 22feb.I'm your customer and twoice a day I get coffee or .... so if I don't come back to your store at least you lose 100$per month and get worse when he push customers to other stores.he is very aggressive.

Husky Lawn Care inc Reliable work with integrity

The worst service. They are completely focused on drive through speed. In the process they get orders wrong, food such as bagels are never properly toasted and prepared, coffee is the only thing that comes out properly. Meanwhile the line up inside is always long because while they have 4-5 people working drive through only one person is at the front And the same deal withthe food always rushed and undercooked or incorrect because it's the same person that has to tend to drive through orders as well.

Staff were friendly, but place was dirty. Garbage cans overfilled. Trash still on tables, chairs all over the place and while the workers were friendly, nobody was taking the time to clean up. They were all chatting or sitting around, maybe on break. This was a weekend night, very quiet and only 2 customers in the place and a quiet drive through.

They don't put filling in their blueberry fritters! Management is rude ? out of all the time I've gone to this store, it is so disappointing not to mention they're always out of food or they either just don't want to give it to you ? considering they just renovated you'd think the service would be better.... although the inside is quite nice.

you guys do almost everything okay except you need to start cutting the sandwiches in the middle especially bagels! when someone asks for refill coffee the whole point was not to use tims cups that benefits you and the environment. giving me the cup to pour it myself and throw out the paper cup was not what i had in mind.
