March 26 2024, My wife left her Porsche Mug in this Tim Hortons. The manager Samira said they found it and moved it behind the counter for safe keeping but then somehow it was lost. I suggested reviewing the cameras to see what had taken place. Her attitude was all dismissive and very condescending saying "what do you want me to make a mug for you now?" She definitely needs training on Customer Service and how to act professional and ethical.I'm shocked by this behaviour and the lack of trust that I now place in this chain.

This is usually my go to daily at pick up.time. however lately, it's gone down hill. The 1st time my coffee was diluted that it tasted like water and I've had enough Tim Horton coffee to know this is not right. Today I ordered a dark roast and potato wedges. The coffee was a bit off and the wedges were half full. I asked how come so little and she replied, that's what we always do! Half full? Then she proceeded to tell me to leave as someone was behind me. I was there for no more than 20 sec. That's pretty bad service. I think I'll be avoiding this one and heading to the other drive thru up the street.This one is inside a gas station.

Knowing Where to stand
I was there today in the morning of Saturday Jan 19th 2024 so as usual I got my black coffee No sugar and went home when I got home two minutes later my coffee was black alright but very sweet and cold . It was like they made a coffee for someone else and was sitting on the counter for awhile then they passed it to meI went back there and said to the lady that you gave me the wrong coffee but instead if saying sorry for inconvenience, she said "I've been here all morning you didn't buy it from here " then I lost i said lady do you really think I come all the way here twice in this cold weather for funThis is the only reason I'm leaving this complaint cause of her attitude and them trying to pass a cold coffee to a customerBy the way there was a lady who was serving at the drive through window who kept coughing in her hands and then handled people's food and drinks come on

I ordered food for myself on the counter They provided me wrong food and after that i went back to the lady who made it showed me attitude that you placed a wrong order and misbehaved with me. The lady was in the morning shift. Please it’s a request to feed people properly as it’s a hard earned money go waste because of customer service provided by people like that lady.
