Very bad service. Staff does not focus to listen to customer orders. More than 5 times get wrong order. Last time two days ago ,the staff named Leila was laughing when I told her sausage egg No cheese and extra large coffee DD. She replied sausage egg with cheese and small DD. I told her this is not my order and she was laughing and careless and saying I was talking to my friend???I told them I will not come to this location any more as I was getting my coffee and breakfast almost every day and I do not think they care.

These guys never get the order right. This is now 2 times where they got my order wrong on the drive thru. I ordered no cheese on my sandwich and I asked them twice each time if there was no cheese and they tell me yes but when I opened it later it has cheese.

Last week, while enduring the freezing cold weather and filling up my car at the gas station, I noticed a team member standing by the order placement area with a tray. Sometimes, he was placing the tray, and other times, he was picking it up, repeating the same actions. After observing for a few minutes, I approached him, and he seemed startled and walked away. Today, when I returned for my coffee, I asked the girl at the window about the situation. She explained that they were adjusting drive-thru times as per the manager's directive, mentioning that failure to do so might result in reduced working hours for the team. I find it unfair for the team member to endure such conditions in the harsh weather, and I hope the higher authorities take appropriate action to address this matter.

I order decaf and specifically mention "NO MILK". The lady gives me a regular coffee WITH MILK.I really hate that I had to stop here so I wouldn't freeze outside. Tim Hortons has the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I just wish they could at least get my order right. Thanks for nothing!

I find Tim's isn't the same as it once was. The coffee isn't great, and the cashier doesn't understand English, and they don't know the lingo like regular double double they ask 1 sugar 1 cream, and I have to make sure my order is correct before I
i avoid this location ever since the older lady with glasses became a miserable woman. she never greets customers, she acts like i caused her such a issue by ordering at a coffee place that she willingly works at. she makes me disgusted by her attitude. the other day i told her i had cash instead of card cause she didn’t even ask me how i wanted to pay cuz she DOESN’T TALK, and she gave me the most dirty look and her attitude was sooo disgusting. she needs to be fired honestly, every other time that she’s not working the employees are so nice, except her. they need to reconsider her position working in customer service because she ruins peoples days.

If you on rush it’s definitely wrong location. Such disrespectful to customers time. After waiting for 10 min 1 car ahead of me, she count double more my order, I had no time to wait until she count 2+2, to give me right amount change, I just left . She did even think to apologise. I understand that we all getting tired from work, but at the end of the day if you picked that job, do your best.
