Wait time is too long. The employees are mostly from the same background and speak to each other in their own language. The personnel seem like they don’t know how to welcome customers

They don't have enough workers any more behind the counter and my friend just wanted a tea and when the line subsided there was no one there to take an order. She got fed up and never got her tea. Also they allow dogs in there, not service dogs, just plain pets.I use to get hot chocolate at the Tim Hortons but every store makes it differently. They charge extra for whipped cream but it can't be real because it clumps up, tastes like chemicals and it seems every Tim Hortons taste differently. Yuk...

Drive thru is slow. They are busy and sometimes your food is not well toasted or good enough

Placed a phone order in advance for a training at a local retailer, and my order was ready and waiting for me to pick up when I arrived. The staff and the manager was very courteous and even helped me carry out my order to my car. I've used Tim Horton's several times, and this location has always provided excellent service over some other locations. Great job guys!

Out of all Tim Horton's this one is my absolute favourite. They never disappoint with their iced coffees, no other Tim's makes them like they do?

This location is usually okay as long as it's not the morning rush. They try way too hard to keep their service times to a minimum which costs their customer service a lot. Having my order rifled through the window into my vehicle isn't leaving a positive impression on me. Furthermore, when I have to explain to the person at the window what a straw is as if I'm playing charades, well, that's just annoying. Clearly she couldn't hear me as she was exhausted as she was panting like she just sprinted through a 500m dash. Seriously?EDIT: It's been a week since I made the initial review above. I went to this location again today and had the same treatment. They were rushing around trying to get everyone served as quickly as possible. This time it cost them the price of two Timbits. When they thrusted the bag containing two Timbits into my hand, they didn't really wait until I had a hold on it before they let go and the bag dropped onto the ground between the car and the window. Reduced from 3 stars to 2. I hope your service times are worth it.UPDATE 23/12/16: It happened again! Went to this location to pick lunch up for my wife, a soup, bun and a bottle of pop. Everything made it into the car okay except for the bottle of Pepsi. The girl at the window opened the window, put her arm outside, and when I went to reach for it, she let it go and it dropped to the ground! And then she gave me attitude like it was my fault when my hand hadn't even extended out of my car window yet! Not sure why I keep coming back here... Oh yeah, convenience. But I'm starting to ask myself is it worth it? Updated star rating to 1.UPDATE 26/01/24: Why do they put the SLOWEST person on drive-thru? It was pouring down rain this morning and the sloth taking the order took about 30-45 seconds to punch in each individual item with a complete confirmation at the end of each item. By the time she was done the inside of my door was soaked. And to make it worse she's all, "Could you scan your card there?" you know, while the rain is pouring into my car like I was sitting next to the base of Niagara Falls. Sure, that's okay. Just so you guys don't get your arm wet doing your job? ?Customer service is dead.

I mostly use drive-through. But I like their preparation and items. Their bagel and cream cheese is super.
