The service was unsatisfactory; the Indian girl taking orders was displaying facial expressions. Despite being Indian myself, it was disappointing to see her treating members of the same community differently. It seemed like she was providing better service to others with a smile, while showing less enthusiasm towards Indians. Furthermore, the pizza they served was below standard, lacking cheese near the edges. There's definitely room for improvement in both customer service and atmosphere .

Can’t believe they only have one person taking orders and handling all the food in such a busy location. The worker was clearly trying her best so this review is not a reflection of the staff (5 stars for multitasking honestly), but a 1 star for management or whoever is responsible for scheduling and staffing.

This timmies line moves inside but the parking lot and size of the space is way to small for volume it takes in. The parking lot is absolute chaos with the hotel, shuttles, Uber and taxi peoples, there’s another one very close by I go to cause I’ve been stuck in the parking lot more than once.

It’s 7:40pm. I understand they close soon, however, out of 3 people scheduled, 1 is serving and 2 are cleaning. It’s taking 15 mins to get a sandwich, even from the time I have ordered it, not even counting the time me and another girl just stood there, while the employees just cleaned.

Honestly the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. I use mobile order quite frequently, and the amount of times I have been there and they said, “ oh, we do not have this item at the time, so we replaced it with this instead”. They would do this without asking me, and just change it and put it in my bag, regardless of value. Once I ordered a creamy chill, and they changed it with a lemonade, not the frozen one, but a melted one, which I’m not even sure is on the menu. Not to mention that the washrooms are absolutely disgusting. There was a period of time when literally the stall door didn’t work, and the urinal always seems to have this black bag over it. I always see the staff argue with the customers, I’m just tryna get my ice cap.

Wonderful customer service and food. Jas was incredibly considerate, attentive, and helpful in arranging a large catering order, and she even assisted me in carrying everything out to my car. I am thankful for Jas's professional service and highly recommend this location! Thank you!
