I buy everyday a coffee here and staff freindly,resectfuljust few times by mistake i got black coffee bitter, i dont know if i could ask for new coffee or refund on them but it was few timesHOWEVER they really know how to do the business treat customer,fast service,tasty pastry.Thank you for serving Richmond Hill

Servers are very hardworking and are very nice , best fresh coffee, but Tim Hortons drive through timer results in too much focus on window customers and in store customers left waiting. That's a corporate thing. But this is one of the best Tim's.
