This behavior not only showed a lack of respect but also left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer.What was particularly egregious was Masi's tendency to interrupt my order to interact with other patrons, demonstrating a clear disregard for the customers she was currently serving. It was not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful to prioritize one customer over another in such a blatant manner.Overall, my experience with Masi at Tim Hortons was nothing short of appalling. Her rude and inconsiderate behavior tarnished what could have been a pleasant visit to the establishment. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and respect from the staff, and Masi's conduct fell far short of these expectations. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.
