Good sized burger. Tastes good. But patty is under seasoned. We had to sprinkle extra salt on the patty. Fries were extremely oily and soggy and undercooked.Under staffed also. One guy for the whole place and quite a few customers were in.

No menus, just a small one by the register. No fries when i came in and the bathroom light doesnt work. Had to use my phone flash light. Could be good if they actually put some effort into service and the store.

Burgers were good (and halal!) but undersalted, and the fries were embarrassing, soggy, limp, and not salted, even McDonald's fries are better. The table that we sat at was dirty and the wall had food on it. The Place was super freezing. The thermostat was set to 52 degrees F (11 degrees C), crazy!!! We were shivering and Could barely move our fingers while eating, it was like we were eating outside -- everyone was complaining to the lady that it was so cold inside. Overall not worth the money.

Burgers were good, but the restaurant was freezing, thermostat was set to 50, the lady working there didn't know how to increase the temperature, also we expect a quicker service on a Saturday, one employee serving 11 customers, taking care of the orders and cashing out. We paid $113 for 5 meals but it was unpleasant experience, maybe I'll give another try in summer.

Not good. Burger size got a bit smaller which I am fine with but aioli can only save the burger so much. A simple burger. Got under cooked fries for cheese fries. This branch is definitely not up to par as others.

Usually a great stop for a deal with good portion sizes. The last visit came with very soggy fries smaller burger patty sizes, and missing cheese. That being said, it is still a great deal in a pinch but there are other burger options in the area to explore.

We have ordered: BobCat with adding mushrooms & WildCat. Burgers are VERY TASTY!!!!!! Much sauce, smells good! Fries are really cool! We loved them!as for minuses: self-service, pay in advance, was pretty hot inside (no air conditioner?) and no beer :(Although if you want a good burger, highly recommend our options ? ? ?

i didnt eat the poutine，why the gravy color looks like this,because rosemary？I can make better burger at home，better go to Wendys or the big smoke ，give the tips total 20cad even the worker is friendly，but the food is so bad this time，I usually dont write too many reviews ，but this time even im just wakeup so hungry， the food i just eat a bite。。。omg！can u know my feeling

I feel that the price doesn't match the food. Having said that I had the bearcat with soggy fries and a water 600ml paid over $20. I might come back to try something else but it's a big maybe.

I’m big fan of Topgun Burger. Today i went to this location with my wife to have some amazing burger. I ordered FireFly. This burger was not at its expectations.. The girl that was making the burger was really rude and was on the phone/Airpods during work. I always order firefly at Lawrence location and they make it so good almost picture perfect. Burger looked nothing like how I normally order. I ask the Girl to put more Aioli sauce because my burger was dry. She was giving me attitude and telling me “ i cant hear you” that’s because shes on her Airpods. Very unprofessional….
