The food wasn't anything special. The atmosphere is not super welcoming and this seems like more of a takeout place. The service... It was great if it wasn't us. Two other families came in, one got a kids placemat with crayons, the other family got sat down with water. We didn't get any water or this kids placemat. We had to go up to the counter and ask for a glass of water. It's like they just forgot about us until the tip screen came on on the credit card machine.Kid-friendliness: Selectively friendly to kids. No real space for strollers.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one wheelchair accessible door.

What a great experience. Small place but bright and airy, clean. Really great service from Erin, working very hard to make all of us happy. Very interesting pasta selections and pizzas too. I had Orecchiette with rapini, reccomended. Some grated parm and pepper on the table would be nice. If you are a garlic fan get the garlic knots, they'll rock your garlic fix. Vegetarian pizza went down quickly. Nice big bowl of Soup, also looked great. Tempting dessert choices, cheesecake quite nice, nutella cake hard to refuse. Good wine pairings available. Keep this on the list for going back, or for take outs.

Went here for a family birthday in early Jan. Although it wasn’t busy (likely due to the time and date we dined).Food quality and taste was delicious. Nice decor and friendly service. We ordered the penne vodka, fettuccine Alfredo and the Rigatoni, all the dishes were a good portion size and delicious. The Nutella cake set the standard for what a slice of cake should taste like.Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions we had.Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Tried out Vivo for the first time and i unfortunately won’t be coming back. The service was really good, our waiter was really nice. But the food… terrible. The appetizers were pretty good (pics shown below) but the mains were so bad. I recommend the arrancini, those were really good. I got gnocchi which was inedible. It was so over cooked and soggy, and if you’re Italian you know what a sin that is. I also tried the margherita pizza and although it looked really good, it was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. Like so gross. It was tasteless, so so bland. If you’re looking for good pasta and pizza I would take the drive to Vaughan and go to Via Mercanti, like I’ll be doing next time. The service at Vivo was amazing but at the end of the day you go out for dinner to eat, so the food is what’s important.

I ordered pizza here first time today. Firstly, it took about 10-12 times for phone to be answered and there is no voicemail. Secondly, they do not have mozarella cheese only Fior de latte, which I'm not crazy about. I was told the pizza would be ready in 30 min (I asked if it would or could be sooner and was told it could not) and I was there in 25 min and I had planned to eat the pizza in the car on my way somewhere, and it was totally cold. I didn't mention it as there was no point. The pizza was pretty good, not salty enough (fior de latte is not as salty as mozarella so i think they should salt the cheese). I was just sad that I came right away to pick it up and on time and it was totally cold.

Absolutely love this place! We tried the first location in Woodbridge, and immediately fell in love with the food and the portions! This was our second time at the Richmond Hill location and I absolutely enjoyed the veal scalloping! So juicy and tender, and it was served with rapini and broccoli and carrots! Definitely going back again!Vegetarian options: You can have the pasta or pizza, which are both great options! They also have salads as part of appetizers and if you eat fish as a vegetarian, then I recommend the fried calamari and shrimp!Dietary restrictions: The veal scalloping are a healthy option, a long with the grilled chicken. They are bother served with veggies and everything is portion controlled. Even their pizzas are amazing since the dough is not super thick.Parking: The handicap spots are only available close to the bank and other stores, so they should add more spots.

What a horrible dinner sphagetti they had!!! My husband ordered through Uber eats, buy one and get the second one for free, (tomato sauce with sphagetti and added $6 extra dollars for chicken toping.) $30 all together. Guess what, when we opened it at home. Only one spaghetti has chicken toping and the other one just plain tomatoes sauce with spaghetti. And it tasted worse than the one you get from whole food market for $8.99. Much better food grading quality. What an incredible restaurant!!!!!!! Marcello, Pisano, Grazie all have much better quality. If they cannot afford to do buy one and get the second for free. Don't do it at all. Just don't understand how people do business these day!!!
