Staff was rude and we waited almost 25min for out foodWheelchair accessibility: This particular location only had one set of doors that were accessible for wheelchair patrons. When asked about it the manager said to simply move to the other door

This place is usually busy during the weekend and the TV that provides the food orders status has been down for several weeks. Many customers had to wait at the front counter for a long time and kept asking for their food order. Even though I made a mobile order, it still took alot longer than the cashier orders due to large numbers of the drive-thru orders. It would be more efficient to improve the mobile app, fix the TV and have each staff designated to their own area.
