I love coming here for ma la tang. The lady at the counter is super nice and I appreciate the fact that they keep their ingredients in the back through the pandemic so that it's more sanitary. The soup base (bone broth) is my favourite and I always end up drinking it all despite how salty it can be lol. It's also one of the few places that cooks all the ingredients perfectly; things that are meant to be crispy (lotus roots) stay crispy while things that are meant to be soft (potatoes) are soft. I also love the casual style of this place and enjoy bringing friends here because everyone gets exactly what they like and it's super convenient to pay.

Been here three times! Their spicy source and soup base are home made which are healthy and very special. Much better than the restaurants who use artificial flavours. Highly recommended this place!

We ordered both the Malatang and the dry pot as usual and as usual, they both tasted great! Both times we visited the staff were super friendly so would strongly recommend! I would say for some, the possible downside might be that there aren't any labels in English but other than that this place is definitely our go to for malatang.
