Go in almost every day for coffee and find the service great and the staff friendly and courteous. Let’s face in the service industry it’s not always easy to be happy happy joy joy considering the way people act sometimes.
The manager on February 10 services in front of the store was rude. .The manager on that day need services the customer without been rude.If I ask full my cup to close the lidI am paying for it. That customer need to satisfied the customer.

The service here has always been great and the staff has always been polite and friendly. Does the odd order get mixed up well the odd time but in service industry when doesn’t it.
