Ice cream seemed kind of soft, otherwise OK. Couldn't order a cone in a cup without a cone (cheaper than a plain sunday and you get a bit more normally). Trying to communicate with the staff at the time, came with a language barrier which was kind of frustrating, they seemed trained in the art of take it or leave it.

It's a Dairy Queen so what's not to like? It has the standard fair that all Dairy Queen's have which means taste and flavours are uniform throughout the Chain. With that said I really do like the burgers as they have this unique barbecue grilled taste to them and the ice cream is always creamy, smooth. This is an older building with lots of parking and nice sized indoor seating. The interior is dated but personally I like that as it gives it a more nostalgic feel to the place, although some work needs to be done in the washrooms. Note: the washrooms were clean, just really worn. The store was clean and tidy including what I could see of the kitchen/service area. When I came I was the only person there and while eating I noticed one of the crew going through the dining area wiping some tables. That says something about how the staff and the owner (s) view working here. So in the end I only took one star off for the washrooms needing some work. Final verdict: would recommend

Never made a mistake with my orders. They operate with a smaller staff but they get it done! Food service in the age of rapid inflation... its kinda hard to satify. They do a good job keeping to the DQ standard. Any other critism is really preference based out of things the store cannot control.

We picked up a few blizzards last night, it really does seem to be our goto item at dairy queen... The girlfriend likes the ice-cream cakes... I like to mix up my blizzards, I use to get choco cherry something with cherry cheese quake. They don't have either anymore... Now it's strawberry choco something and strawberry cheesecake. It's pretty good, but it's not cherry...
