Placed order at 6:32, the person on line working without gloves, all the trash beside working area, using dirty hands, using cleaning cloth while preparing order. Also the staff took 15 mins to deliver just 2 spicy burgers.

I request everyone that they are learning and each one of us are learning everyday. They are trying their level best and I don’t have any problem at all. Will come back again ?

That's crazy ! Order anything here that has bacon, I bet you'll not be able to find that piece of bacon. We are fans of the Chicken Bacon wrap, but in this particular store, whenever we order it, they only put a single tiny piece of bacon that barely covers the size of 2 fingernails. I'm not joking, that's literally what I'm getting. And they claim it to be a chicken "bacon" wrap, lol !!! ? It happened so many times here and in few different locations too. Everytime I have to bring back the wraps to the counter and ask them where's the bacon. They then apologize and replace it. My question is : why can't they do it properly in the first instance itself ? Why are they crying to just give us a reasonable size of bacon ? That's extremely bad that, as customers, we are not getting what we are paying for. They are just cheating !
Don’t usually eat at a&w but this spicy pickle mama burger caught my attention and thought I’d try one while doing a little shopping. Usually when a place says spicy, it’s mildly spicy at best, but in all honesty this lived up to its name, a very original fast food burger to say the least. The girl working the counter was nice enough and you could see the fresh burgers being cooked in the back. My only complaint is, for one of their full size burgers, this burger is very small. Smaller then your quarter pounder or whopper or Harvey’s original burger, that in itself is disappointing but other then that it was a good burger but a&w if this was your full size burger your buddy burgers must be tiny

Got food poisoning from this place. Ordered a Beyond Meat burger and have had every single nasty symptom of food poisoning, and I’m on my 3rd day of dealing with it. Please do not eat from here if you care about yourself.

Horrible service. When placing an order I asked for the chubby chicken burger combo and the worker entered the burger itself only which I noticed after she entered. I was assuming she heard me when I said I wanted the combo.. anyhow, I said sorry, I would like the combo. She gives me an inappropriate look and cancels the transaction.. I don't know what kind of service this is. Won't be ordering from here again.

I went to the mall today and i ordered from here, NEVER AGAIN!!!! I got food poisoning from the chubby chicken burger and i have been throwing up since. The service was absolutely terrible and she took so long to give me my order. Thank you a and w for ruining my life. DONT EAT HERE TRUST
