My experience with this branch of A&W was through their drive-thru, which was an adequete one at that.I drove in, ordered my snack, and went to the window. I say snack because it was only a three piece chicken strip and small fries. I was told there would be a 5 minute wait after I paid, and to my surprise I was told to drive forward and wait on the striped yellow line at the end of the drive-thru instead of the window. At a busy time, this would make sense but it was not busy at all as there was just one car behind me and they came in after I ordered so they wouldnt have needed to wait for any more than 2-3 minutes.The estimated wait time was accurate and after 5 minutes the employee ran outside the store to give me my order. The food was satisfactory, and it was warm and fresh. As I was waiting for my food at the end of the line, I noticed that the car behind me was also waiting for their food, even after I left which makes me think nothing was ready at the time.The employee that took my order and brought the food to me outside the store was not very friendly but was highly professional. Overall, a satisfactory experience and a good spot for grabbing a quick bite.

Had to wait close to 15 mins for drive thru order and by the time I got my order food was already cold. Hopefully someone from A&W HQ is monitoring this reviews and taking it seriously. What’s the use of drive thru when you still need to wait close to 15 mins. One of the worst A&W location. I would not recommend to go and eat at this location.

I am regular customer, but nowadays every week, the quality is really bad for chicken burgers and sides. Even I asked for fresh, they give fresh but still it looks black and taste bitter, I think the problem is oil, even the sides fries and hashbrown is dark brown. When I asked the staff, they dont have any answer for this. Every week its the same. After paying getting this quality is not acceptable. I am coming to this location because of the drive thru , but think I should think about other option.

I dont mean to be rude, but I will anyway...6pm June 29... paid 36$ for part of an order...the bag did seem a little small, I asked if that was my entire order, yes was the reply. Get home and found I was missing the overpriced sweet potato fries.. when I called to complain the VERY RUDE MANAGER... said I can only replace what you didn't get...I'm not driving back to pick up fries... I threaten to call the head office and do a very nice review...which I'm doing.... he didn't care... that's all I can do was the response.. clearly dont care about keeping customers @ WARDEN AND 401...

Sat in drive thru for the 15 minutes then got the order. Had to ask for drinks again and was treated as if I'm trying to steal from them. Oh, you are sure you didn't get them type of questioning.Pro. Good food, hot and fresh... but respecting the customers time is also important. How much does it cost the franchise to give away a free drink, or fries, or pie??? Pennies, yet the effect can be priceless.Con. Long wait and customer service could involve more of a personal touch, when required.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are provided

Staff at the drive through window seemed slow and inattentive/bored. Took 5- 10 min to get our breakfast. However when it did arrive it was hot and delicious! Coffee was great too! So I guess it was worth the wait!

Fries and a beyond burger were $15… a bit steep for takeout but ok if it’s good. The fries were room temperature and stale like they’ve been sitting out on a counter. And they didn’t give me any ketchup. On top of that I waited a long time. Not the best location unfortunately.

I order my coffee here every morning. Same routine everyday and the cashier in the drive through is the most disgustingly, rude and indifferent person I've ever come across! If unhappy was a person! There was another beautiful person don't know what happened to her and the guys are ok but this one needs an attitude adjustment.
I ordered two Teen Burgers and a Chubby Burger, I wanted to use the “1 free fries” but the coupon wasn’t loading properly on the app. I went through the drive through to pick up my mobile order and showed them the coupon on the website (that I logged into) and it started a countdown for 20 mins for the coupon expiry. I asked the person if I could add it to my order (since I ordered two Teen Burgers) and he said no, then another person came to the window and was even more rude, said absolutely not because I had already paid for my order so they can’t add it in for me. This service is so terrible and actually ridiculous - the coupon “expires” in 20 mins on their website and yet they still wouldn’t give me the “1 free fries”.

How can 2 small straps of chicken and fries on the kids menu put you out over $7?? Maybe it's because they added a mini granola bar to it? I don't remember the last time I was at A\\u0026W and the cute commercials were tempting me to give them a try, but unfortunately, this will most likely be my last time. See pictures for yourself.

Food here is alright, they're pretty quick with your orders when its not busy.If you were ever wondering why the coffee here tastes kind of off, its because its instant coffee. Yep. Instant coffee.No ground coffee beans brewed to make a cup, just straight hot water and powder. For just $2+ a cup! :)It tastes less and less like coffee the bigger the size so I suspect they give you the same amount of instant powder regardless of what you order. Probably those little non descript packets you can find in a hotel room. Honestly it's more like ordering a cup of hot water with someone whispering the words "coffee" into it before they dumped in your cream and sugar... if you even asked for that.Maybe go next door to Tim's if you're feeling coffee.
