I found this location to be really wonderful and welcoming; the owner welcomes you with kindness and makes you feel at home. The market prices are reasonable and well worth the investment, particularly in light of inflation. Highly recommended (particularly for my Afghan people)?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was at this store for the first time to get bread and the old man who works there gave me the bread and mumbled something. I asked how much he said "I TOLD YOU 8$ UR EARS NEEDS" HE WAS POITING AT HIS EARS. BECAUSE I WAS WEARING HIJAB AS IF MY HIJAB IS COVERING ME EARS!! I would never go here again I felt disrespected, if he hates he's job so much and doesn't have the patience he shouldn't work in customer service or dealing with people!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are absolutely rude, no customer service. The only time you'll have help is when Omar is working. The store is dirty, poorly organized, and they have NO idea about their inventory. The meat is overpriced and old/stale they just cut off the parts that have gone bad and sell it. The old man selling bread is extremely rude and basically said for us not to buy the bread lol. I have no idea if they're trying to bring in customers or scare them away. Also, the girl at the front, not sure if she's there to model or work, but she doesn't greet customers and responds very coldly.

This place is extremely rude. They never gave me back my change of 60 dollars! Stole my money and claimed they refunded me. I called them and the owner hung up on me rather than attempting to refund me. Horrible people and bad customer service

This is the worst place that I have ever seen in Canada. There is no customer service at all. You fell that you are talking with animals and it's like a zoo.Last Wednesday I went there to buy something to support our Afghani brothers but they behaved like they haven't seen humans in there lives. Especially laddys in the bakary were kidding customers. When I shared my experience with there manager at the counter he didn't even listen and gave me another bad and rude answer.On top of that they charge more than their labels for their products. They have $6 price on their labels but when they count it, they will charge you $9 .I suggest you never go to this store and do not waste your time and money there.
