The staff is very friendly and the quantity of the food served has hefty portions. The chicken Biryani and the Chicken Tikka Masala Roti are a must try ??

Was a very good sign to walk in and see food sizzling on the stove. We knew it would be fresh and made to order. My husband and I having been looking for a great roti spot since our favourite place closed down, and we've definitely found it here. We had the biryani and butter chicken roti and both were delicious.

The butter chicken on rice wasn’t to my personal taste. For the price it did not contain a lot of meat.

They definetly stuffed the roti well with thick pieces of chicken. If you want spicy, they'll give you spicy. They clearly care about their food and customers.

Unhygienic environment..food taste is pathetic.. ordered roti once, had to be in toilet all the time after eating it.. too much spicy even if ordered for mild spicy.

We discovered Anna Roti when we moved to the area a few years back and, absolutely love it. It’s better than Gandhi Roti (when it existed, which was all the rave in downtown). The butter chicken roti is FULL of chicken and not filler like competitors. The price is ok. 2 rotis for just under $40 with tip. It’s not “cheap”, but worth it. 2 rotis will feed 4 adults lunch. The flavour is outstanding. It keeps us coming back again and again :)

I ordered chicken Tikka Roti, and it was disappointing. I have tried a lot of Indian and Mughlai, but I am not sure what kind of Tikka Masala this dish has.

I didn’t like the taste of tikka masala at all but the roti was good. The tikka masala could be better than this. Their staffs were friendly also the place was clean.

Was looking for a good place to eat some good food since I was in the area and came across Anna's. Walked in and I was immediately greeted by Sughandi. Apparently, she is rhe only person who is running the whole show (11 hours days) while rhe owner is on vacation back home. We ordered Madras chkn roti n Chaat Papri. Both were just 10/10. Everything we needed from it was present. It looked great, smelled great and most importantly tasted great. While eating the Roti we commented how similar it was to rhe Rotis we used to eat from another well established n highly respected Indian restaurant which was an institution in rhe Roncevales area - Mother India. It turns out the chef John learned his craft while working in that restaurant and then 4 years later opened this outpost in Scarborough. He has done Morher India really proud. I would def go back and order more of this and more. The one thing I will say this restaurant lacks is in how decrepid and run down the atmosphere of the seating area looks and feels. The whole seating area needs a hose down....not even a wash down but it needs to be hosed down. It would be best to buy your food and leave the restaurant, eat it in your car or at home or in the park anywhere but inside the restaurant. I won't even comment on the washroom. I will leave it at that. The state of the restaurant is not due to the lack of care by the only person working there. She is doing everything else. The fault lies in it not being staffed appropriately. You can't expect one old lady to do everything. You need to provide her w assistance. If only to keep the place clean.

This place has NEVER disappointed EVER!In the pandemic years and now, I looked at my Uber history and hands down we have ordered here more than everything else combined. It’s our go to favourite delivery place. Big chunks of lamb and chicken in their roti, delicious sauces with excellent portion size. Thank you Anna Roti for your consistent excellence.

9 times out of 10 you are going to get an amazing, oversized, perfectly spiced roti that will feed you two meals easy! 1 of 10 your going to get one that is just a little bland. Therefore it's one of the most consistent restaurants I've ever been to lol. Their mango pickles are generally outstanding.Vegetarian options: Saag paneer

Wow! I couldn't believe the size of my roti. So tasty and great value for the price - enough for two meals. I had the traditional spice roti but look forward to trying some of the others, like the korma. Note: medium spice is SPICY. I love it but just keep that in mind when ordering!
