Skip the franchise shops and come to Annie's, it's truly a hidden gem. I ordered a honeydew juice and it was so fresh. Such friendly service too. Definitely coming back!!

We went in just a few minutes ago and were promptly kicked out. Their hours were not posted on the door or anywhere outside and the open sign was on. We went inside and the person at the front counter had to reach behind clutter on the counter to show us the hours of the store, instead of just telling us that they weren't open. Really ridiculously bad service.

THE BEST SINCE DAY 1! Have been a frequenter since my high school days which I can only assume to be around 53873 years ago - The great prices, quality, and ambiance have not changed the slightest bit. I can still remember the simple pleasure of walking over to Annie's for my go-to spicy instant noodle during lunch. Never failed to make my day. Happiness all around as always! Pictured are the delicious Mango Milkshakes. Also had a cold HK milk tea and spicy instant noodles with fish balls! SO GOOD! Cheers!

I never write google reviews but I feel like I had to for this. This place is my in my top hidden gems in Scarborough after my brother put me on and I’m shocked there’s only 50 reviews so far.The prices are amazing for such high-quality bubble tea. 4 drinks only costed me $18 - tapioca free of charge. And a regular size here is bigger than it is at other bubble tea stores. Annie is incredibly nice and makes sure your order is prepared with care. I’ll definitely be back!

Annie's tea house is such a hidden gem!! I have been coming here for years and the consistency is just out of this world!Her drinks trump every bubble tea place and thats no exaggeration! Every time i come here I always get an extra drink for later. Guaranteed no matter which flavor you order it will be amazing.
