Quick service and decent option. Came here with my older sister who comes to this university--it's her go-to place to eat. If you're on a budget and want a bunch of filling food fast, I recommend the General Tso with hot steamed rice. Sauce is great with it. It was a bit spicy one time I got it, but I guess the spice level changes since they make it fresh daily. I got it another day and it was perfect for my taste. I also recommend getting the honey garlic ribs at the end of the week if you go, so they're the most tender.Vegetarian options: Saw a lot of vegatarian options as well. Fried rice, noodles, and spring roll are vegetarian.

Delicious food and friendly service! This is a family-run location and you can tell they put a lot of love and hard work into the food :) They changed owners 1 year before the pandemic so unfortunately a lot of the negative reviews here were from experiences under previous management. Watermelon juice and mango juice are both delicious ?

I don't understand why so much people rating 1 or 2 stars, this isn't my case at all. Staff were all good and the food is delicious too. The only part I could complain is I never figure out the operation hours(they always change) and they always serve old dishes.

This review was mainly based on the quality of the food. I was extremely disappointed. I had chili chicken with rice and some broccoli. Broccoli was okay, but it's really hard to screw that up. The chili chicken however, was not good. I got sick from it because of the amount of oil they marinate it with (which is not normal for normal chili chicken), and there was not much flavour. The only flavour I tasted was the chili flakes itself.UTSC students, there is better Chinese food on campus. Go to the H-Wing marketplace and they serve much better food there. I've given Asian Gourmet (the restaurant this review is for) multiple chances, but it just isn't very good at all. The reason for 2 star review instead of a 1 star review is because the owner and the staff are very friendly, and they have a lot of drinks like soy milk and fresh watermelon juice. I believe they have Chinese iced tea as well.
