i wish i could give 0 star to this restaurant. i ordered from uber eats and they didn’t put the whole order, some food was missing and i called Atithi restaurant and explained this scenario. first they didn’t accept anything and directly claim to UBER EATS. i also talked with uber customer department, they clearly said it’s not their fault!! and genuinely it wasn’t!! Again i called to atithi and after negotiating.. they said order something again and we will repeat your previous full order, i asked repeatedly about my previous order and they got agree to deliver the whole order rather than just missing food!! so i proceed with next order from uber eats and see what i’ve got. they just deliver only missing food in less quantity again. !! Never go for this restaurant. The food was very bad, my god this people who works here. they don’t even listen to customer complaints!! shame on you??????i’ld say this Restaurant is SCAM!!!

There is one short guy half bald working at this restaurant is very oversmart and tried to teach me the difference between pick up and dine in whereas i was just waiting to collect my order, i often use to visit this restaurant but not anymore because to me he was an idiot who din’t even confirm and started to tell me something which i wasn’t planning to do. Go do hell with your products and services if your customer service isn’t good enough.

I shall have given 4 star but, I'm deducting 1 star because of staff's behavior and customer support. There's a well saying you won't remember 100 good things, but will never forget 1 bad experience and that does apply to the loyal customers like many. Being a proud Indian, I really like Gujarati food especially Dal (made of Pigeon pea or toor dal) & rice. Atithi is considered for serving best Gujarati Dal with authentic taste. Thinking of which, I placed an order this morning for 1 fix lunch thali where it was clearly mentioned including Dal & Rice as default in menu and when I received my order it was Khichdi & Kadhi. When, I initially called at restaurant before placing the order for which sabji they are serving today they never mention that I might receive Khichdi & kadhi in fix lunch inspite of my favourite Rice & Gujarati Dal, nor they suggested I should write specifically in note section while placing order to have Dal & Rice. After receiving the wrong order, I was under the impression that the associate who handled this order would understand and atleast accept their mistake instead he was so rude to handle and drop all the mis-communicaton fault on me. I'm not asking for refund and I have no interest of wasting my time to write this review but being a loyal customer I'd like to suggest if a restaurant can't serve the right order, atleast have courtesy to accept the mistake instead of yelling at customer.Despite of this, I'd suggest one to try "Samosa Chaat" it's awesome, but be aware of staff! Stay Healthy! ?

We tried dal bati and a sandwich which was good however we didn't like the Chinese fry rice.Vegetarian options: Dal bati , chole, live pani puri and sandwiches we tried and are good but didn't like chinese fry rice.Kid-friendliness: Staff are nice allow us to have bigger table for kids.
