Really want to give this place more stars. Sushi was pretty good. Fresh, good selection and presented really well. What prevents a higher rating was the service and atmosphere. Atmosphere is plain. The front is basically empty with tables reserved for the staff to sit. Which led to the server sitting and ignoring us all night unless we asked. Had no interest in waiting tables. If not for the service, this place would get 4-stars. Have ordered takeout before, which has been very good.

I live 5 minutes away from here so decided to order for the first time. For 3 vegetarian rolls (2 avocado and 1 mushroom), I paid $16.50+tax, which turned out to be over $18 for something that fit in the palm of my hand! Such a small serving for vegetarian sushi. The ratio of rice to veggies is also terrible, more rice than veggies. And the nori was basically not closed all the way for half the rolls...Lastly, you must be their "loyalty member" to bypass tax when paying with cash (which I have never seen at Asian non-chain restaurants...).Won't be going back. You can get decent veg sushi elsewhere. See photos.

Great sushi but the place was surprisingly empty. Lucky for us! You can sit anywhere you want and the servers are very polite. The dishes were reasonably

I decided to try this place out for a quick lunch when on my way back from the GO station.I was impressed with their selection of Lunch Specials, but ultimately decided to go with my 3 favourite classic rolls. Which were:Spicy Salmon RollDragon RollYam Tempura RollI called ahead and placed an order and they told me it would take about 20min.When I arrived, I saw that they offered a cash discount for 10% off. When I inquired, they told me that the discount only applies if you buy their loyalty card. This is the first time I've heard about purchasing a loyalty card, but anyway I decided to opt out of that as this was my first time here and I wasn't sure if I would become a regular here yet.My total bill came out to $27 which is a tad on the pricey side, but I was willing to give it a go, especially based on their great reviews. They food it self was pretty good. The quantity was great, but the quality wasn't amazing, mainly for the Yam Tempura roll. Overall, I did enjoy my food, but I don't think this will be my new regular spot.Side Note: They do accept Credit, but they don't accept AMEX

I must admit that I didn’t plan to go here even thought I have lived in the community for ages now. I was actually pestered by some guests to go get Popeyes chicken so I did. Don’t care for Popeyes much but then after I placed my order I decided to to this Sushi place to taste what they have. So this was an accidental visit that I think really made me happy and actually also my guests. So I got the Mango Tango Special and the black dragon roll. Both were quickly by two chefs in front of me in under 5 mins and packed for take out well. I paid about $32 in total.Once we tasted the sushi at home it started to disappear so fast and finally all we had left was the Popeyes chicken which no one then wanted to eat cause that tasted so terrible when compared to this great sushi. There was something about the rice and it’s texture that we really liked. The taste was fresh and great and I loved that combination of flavours on the two rolls. The place has some seating, I did not dine it but will try it in future. Seating looks small but unless I eat in I can’t say much so this review is more about the take out only. The food prep area was clean and the chefs were quick and looked so professional. If the other dishes are just as tasty as the two I ate then we will be regulars at this place.

Quality sashimi and rolls, not many other places to get sushi in this area so it's by far the best option.

A good eatery. The sushi was decent and the restaurant was clean. However they had fruit flies in the diner-in area. Service was middling, it was hard to get their attention at times. Otherwise, it was fine. The atmosphere was typical, what you would expect from a sushi place in a plaza.

Sushi was OK, not great. Hamachi was disappointing but the salmon sushi was very good as was a salmon roll. Service was on the slow side. There was only one other table, who came in after us and was served before us, even though our order was in!My wife was ready to leave.I'd give it one more chance, not sure that my would!

It's good, but its expensive. There's a few other places in the area with comparable sushi, but better prices. I went for dine in, and for the prices they charge you would think the inside would be nice, but it looks run-down. I won't return.
