So disappointed. I got such a cold welcome. It’s expensive and it’s not even fresh. I got a couple of roth and cream roll it tasted old. This is the 3rd time that It wasn’t fresh. I will not be going there anymore.

Today I went that location and I told them give me different kind cookies make sure nice one. I trust on them but they give the cookies that I don’t like. high cost of the cookies but no test and no value compared of price.I never go there again ?.

The one time I went to go get a small box of pastries, the young boy snuck extra cookies in my box without my knowledge. What are they teaching these kids?? Anyways, it was my last time.

Encountering truly deplorable customer service was disheartening. The absence of a simple greeting, coupled with an unpleasant attitude and a conspicuous lack of patience, made the experience even more disappointing. Adding insult to injury, they begrudgingly allowed us just a taste of a cookie and then charged an exorbitant two dollars for what could only be described as a minuscule bite.

I was here today to pick up some cake and cream rolls...there is a lady who works here with very strange attitude. you're working in customer service, smile - loosen up...it won't kill you to be kind and nice to your customers.I doubt i'll be coming again, my mom and I felt unwelcomed.

Salam Basir Jaan hope all is well!Brother today I got so disappointed from your employee attitude, I love your pastry and there’s no doubt that you the best Kolcha in Canada, however your employee u don’t know her name, but I can describe her by her height she was tall girlshe was so rude even months ago with my family that’s why my mother recommended Herat bazar, but I was still coming there coz I love your Kolcha I hope you bring some positive changes in your business by educating your employees
