Excellent meats and broth. Spring wasn't just loaded with veggies and taro. It was excellent fried to order so super crispy and HOT. Their house hot dauce is great addition for dipping. And adding to the last bit of broth left before slurping.Came for Chris Jerk take out for dinner next door and ate here for lunch. It was a great decision.

This is probably the best VIET soup place I have been to! Everything is made from scratch, and I always try two dishes as a test. The classic Pho and a plain chicken soup, with won ton. Their chicken stock is truly amazing! Their crab soup superb, as is their Tom Yum. Their fried spring rolls are the best I’ve had!

Banh mi cari de (goat curry with bread) was good, banh canh was wiered, com tam (broken rice with bbq meat) was great and had that smoky charcoal flavor. Gioi ga (Chicken salad) was fresh and crunchy. Gioi cuon (fresh rice paper spring rolls) was not up to the mark. I have family in Vietnam and have traveled there mostly to south innumerable times, so I know the food there very well.

Goat curry soup is a must. Mango salad too #30. Drinks are yummy. I got their red bean one before, Jackfruit with jelly and now durían slushy?Unfortunately the owner lambasted an employee in public for all to see. Unprofessional and unacceptable. So unappetizing. That’s why the atmosphere rating is lower. Management needs to take note that it’s not good for business to display such behaviour.
When I'm in places like this, I remember that manners aren't necessary. A table for four was requested, and I was told it would be a 10-minute wait. The female waitress brought me a chair in the waiting area, and I assumed she would come get me when the table was ready (there's a clear view between me and the counter). A few minutes later, a gentleman and his family arrive and are seated promptly... The rest of my family looks at me as if I hadn't asked for a table in the first place. Let's assume it's a prior reservation, and I give them the benefit of the doubt. The wait for a table now has become 20 minutes, and another family walks in through the door. They are seated immediately. It is now necessary for me to watch over the tables, and immediately sit myself when a table opens. I wouldn't have asked for a table if I knew it would be self-service. (It's not self-service)I'm very patient, and I understand they're busy, but at least let me know it's first come, first served, so that we can find our own table and get seated ourselves, and so I don't embarrass myself.Perhaps it is too much to ask, but perhaps an automated ticketing system could be implemented like all the other restaurants.Luckily, the food is good, though the satay beef is very inconsistent (sometimes it tastes like curry, sometimes too sweet, sometimes it tastes too spicy). Be prepared to act a bit ghetto if you wish to get a table, hell even hawk behind a table until they finish and get seated yourself immediately.

The pho broth was flavorful and yummy, and their portion sizes are generous given the pricing, which is really reasonable (and less expensive compared to the newer Vietnamese restaurants that have more recently opened). Food came out relatively quickly. The restaurant itself is small, so I can see there being a wait during busy times, but it seems like tables turn over fairly quickly. Parking is ample but can get busy with various other eateries and businesses in the plaza.
