The food was pretty bad, didnt enjoy my pizza the pizza bread was flavorless and the toppings were basc. My cup was dirty. The waiter made a bad joke about there being vodka in my gingerale. The service was very slow as they were short staff.

Boston Pizza never fails with their food. The food was amazing, the new pizzas they introduced are just the right amount for 2 people. The service was a bit slow however the food was hot. Saw a lot of big groups dining with their families and kids so it was pretty distracting and noisy at one point however that's not the restaurants fault. Only suggestion they could have offered to seat us in the second area which only had smaller groups.

I love boston pizza but not the Scarborough town center location. The service really sucks there. You kind of have to beg the servers to take your order, then you wait a long time for the food, if you need anything else there seems to be no servers around to help you then you have to wait a long time to ask for your bill.I love the warden and eglinton location better.

We decided to try out Boston Pizza since we both haven't been there and it's such a big franchise. We started off with the Thai Chicken Bites ($17.99) which we thought were delicious, it has just the right amount of spice to it and was flavourful. We then ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza ($15.79), the Boston Burger with onion rings ($23.58), and the Grilled Chicken Tacos ($17.59). The pizza was amazing and we have no complaints about that one. The burger was good too but there was way too many onions in it. The onion rings were probably the best we've had so far, they were nice and crispy. The tacos were good too but nothing amazing, they were quite average. For dessert we had the Chocolate Explosion ($9.99). It was really good and we could see why it's a customer favourite.The customer service was great as well, everything arrived fairly fast and we were checked in on and given anything we needed.We do think that the prices are a bit high compared to what you're getting though so it's probably one of those places to indulge in every once in a while.For more reviews checkout @_date.nights on Instagram!

Wonderful service, tasty food. great family dinner
Got the jambalaya gourmet pasta. Service is not it at 10 pm I guess since no one was present during my entire dining time and I had to ask for water. Really love the indoor lighting at night though.
Went for lunch here a couple weeks ago. Bartender was friendly, working on his own to serve a few of us.Food was good. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch during the workday.
