My visit to Burger Factory was thoroughly disappointing. Not only was the burger dry and overcooked, the fries were greasy and limp. To top it off, the poutine I ordered had a hair in it, which was a revolting discovery. The gravy was pure water. It's clear that Burger Factory needs to step up its game in terms of food quality and cleanliness. Needless to say, I won't be recommending it to anyone. This the lebovic location.

Came without anything there was no tomato no lettuce even no sauces and my daughter ordered crispy chicken with no pickles but it came with pickles and when we called them they said what I can do and they didn’t do anything.

I’m giving 1 star because everything sucks, burgers are terrible, the meat is not good, I ended up throwing my burger in the garbbage. Also if you order via uber eat, they will send you open bag, open fries bag. This is the last time I’m gonna order something from burger factory!

Wait time was long, 30 mins until we got our food!! The burger was good, sorry for the poor guy that served us, he was there alone!! We first opted for dine in but the place is very untidy so we did take out instead.
