I’ve been going to Chick fiesta for a few years now and I must say I really love it. I haven’t tried many things from the menu, usually get the same thing all the time (Half or Whole chicken with Rice and/or Peri Peri Fries) I’ve tried the burger a few times and it’s decent. The staff members are really friendly and nice, today for the first time I experienced peri fries that may have been excessively seasoned, I reached out to them and the owner took it upon himself to ensure I get the fries with the appropriate seasoning (less). He even gave me a complementary burger for the inconvenience this caused. Being a loyal customer, I appreciate this very much.This is my go to place for a high protein meal, the chicken is cooked very well and the fries are amazing. Thanks again to the staff and owners for providing such tasty and healthy Portuguese style chicken.

Very rude people. I order often on uber eats. But they don’t care to keep loyal customers or any customers. Potato’s always dirty with roots still attached. They say it is oven baked but it’s not.. just boiled, with NO salt or pepper. This time the chicken had no grill marks. It was literally boiled chicken. I am officially done ordering here. Very very disgusted. No one was able to eat it. Very stingy and small portions. The large sides are regular size anywhere else. Chicken pieces small. I ordered 12 piece chicken and 2 large side. All I ask for is extra sauces on the side. And they give me only 3... all this food and only 3 sauce on the side? How cheap are you people. Mind you the sauce is SO small, the 3 they gave me don’t even amount to one teaspoon of sauce. So ridiculous it’s laughable. Too much competition in the area to act like this. Go to Nandos or Galitos it’s much better.

Update as of November 2023: I don't know why restaurants can't take feedback and become so defensive and question MY honesty. I ordered a whole chicken and did NOT receive a whole chicken. Describing how you prepare your food and the process behind every order does not cancel out the fact that you did not add the correct amount of pieces that I ordered. And asking me to let you know how to serve my chicken is just nonsense LOL. I don't even know what that has to do with my review. And I stand by the fact that two microscopic sauces is not enough for a whole chicken + a large side of fries.Update: Do not order with them on uber eats. I ordered a whole chicken, did not receive a whole chicken + got random pieces (no chicken thighs for example) and a bunch of wings???? Ordered peri fries and got plain fries.I’m giving it this rating because I find it a little strange that they give you one single mini peri sauce container when you order a whole chicken and large side.And when I asked for more peri sauce, he said he would have to charge! I just wouldn’t come back, because other peri peri chicken places have no issue providing more sauce, especially with such a huge order.You shouldn’t have to pay extra for sauce, especially when you’re given ONE (singular). Also when I asked for extra sauces she said it’s in the chicken LOL... obviously it’s in the chicken!!!! One word of advice. Check your receipt to see if you paid the correct amount.I noticed later that the online menu and the in restaurant screen said 15.99 whereas my receipt said 16.99. When I confronted the cashier about it, he said the computer said 16.99 and it's the most updated price. If the computer said 1000 dollars, am I supposed to pay 1000 dollars? The agreed contract price is 15.99 and that should be that. Later the cashier went to the back (assuming to talk to the manager/owner), and he gave me back a loonie (technically it should have been 1.13, but whatever).This place chose to use metal utensils instead of single use ones. The knife he gave me was quite disgustingly dirty (see pic).The food itself was decent. And for the amount of food, the price is very reasonable. I got the Raven Platter. My friend's fish platter was also decent, but looking at the texture and color, we couldn't tell if it was cooked thoroughly or not. We chose to keep eating and hope for the best. I finished most of my food, but I couldn't really comfortably eat all of the food, not knowing whether the plate or anything else they used was really clean to begin with. I'll come back and edit the review should anything happen :/We probably should have brought up the price discrepancy issue AFTER we got our food. Needless to say, not gonna come back.Quality: 6/10. Service: 3/10. Value: 7/10. Overall: 3.5/10 (Not an average).
