The truth is I never had high expectations for this fast food restaurant. Despite the hype, I have tried this in America long before it came to Canada and felt like it was just so, so average for such an expensive chicken burger. In fact, the crispy patty was not as good as Popeyes and man, did I love Popeyes. Recently, I had a craving for a grilled chicken burger and it looked like Chick-fil-A was one of the only restaurants that still offered this. So, I took a leap of faith and tried their grilled chicken burger and grilled chicken nuggets. I was actually super impressed. I can finally understand why others like Chick-fil-A. It tastes like chicken! It felt real and the chick-fil-A sauce did it justice! For this, I give Chick-fil-A a 4 star rating and will definitely return!

This is only my second time getting chick fil a and this location hits right on! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so warm and tender it unbelievably melts in your mouth. The waffle fries were as delicious as always. Although I’m not sure if it’s customary for the waffle fries to come with sauce as the person who took my order today didn’t ask me to choose any sauce, whereas last time when I order at eaton centre the waffles came with sauce. Service can be a bit slow during peak times so be patient as the quality always hits!! I do feel like they need a better ordering system for pickups after order as the poor cashiers/servers have to walk around the entire food court trying to find the customers with the corresponding order. Other than that this location is amazing, they’re so welcoming and are always cleaning the table tops and maintains cleanliness and quality, they deserve a raise.

First time at this location and although there is a lineup it moved quickly. Original chicken burger was excellent, sweet tea was a nice change from the usual lineup of sodas. Waffle fries were good too. We chose the chick fil a sauce which was also tasty. This my go to for a chicken burger now. We found seats despite it being a busy time at the mall. Food was ordered and then brought to our table. Staff were friendly and focused. 4 stars for atmosphere as it is a noisy open area, but it was clean and well kept. Always lots of parking available at the Scarborough Town Centre. Prices are comparable to all the other fast food places. Good experience overall! We were given coupons for a free drink, and fries on our next visit when we order an entrée which was cool! Maybe because we were first time customers and we mentioned that? Thank you! Dropped in for our second visit as we had been given a coupon after our first visit the experience just keeps getting better was greeted by a young man named Julian who gave us awesome customer service! A great brand, ambassador…smiles, friendly and informative. Great experience attitude is everything! Thank you!

Recommended by my friend. The burger was warm, waffle fries were soggy. Don't know why ppl lining up for it. Pretty low standard for eating out…lol. For that price, it is gonna be my last time. Pretty disappointed. Just read some reviews, i was not the first one to complain about the food, there seems to be no improvement and the owner's response was useless, they kept their low standard on food anyway.

Tried the restaurant in London Ontario, the chicken was excellent but the cold soggy bun ruined the meal! the was buttered but cold and not toasted so as the heat from the chicken warmed up the bun and cheese the bun got soggy and inedible. Won't return because most chicken is served on a bun can't or just chicken pieces beside the nuggets
Received our order which was totally wrong, and they only gave us one chick fila sauce to split between 3 people.

This location doesn’t embody what chic fil a is in the USA. As an American, I’m a little taken aback by their strictness with sauces! You can only get three maximum whereas in the USA, you get a handful of whatever you want. (And more than three lol).Moreover, if you’re going to upsell me for a large fries, additional sauces would be lovely. Also, bring the mac and cheese to Canada.
