The staff at this location are Awesome. Super polite and helpful, it makes a difference. Their chicken is always delicious and consistent. Every time you order it, it's made fresh and it tastes as good as the last time you had it. The fries can be hit or miss (Depending on the oil) however, I will recommend and visit this chick n joy location all the time because of consistent good food and great service.

I don’t think they’ve ever made my order on time. The most recent visit I called in my order and they said 15 minutes for a two piece snack combo and it ended up taking almost 30 minutes from the time of order. I kept checking in with them while waiting there and I made a couple comments about how I’ve waited an absurd amount of time and they did not apologize, just spoke in their robotic fake-polite voices. “Have a nice day sirrrr” - so extremely dismissive!

This chick-n-joy location has been in this area for about 50 years and is amazing! The ladies at the front provide exceptional service and the store is always clean. The chicken is always cooked to perfection - juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside and oh so craveavle! The gravy is really good and all the salads are good too. A plus for me is that they have coke products. Great value for money. For family-sized orders, it is good to call ahead (if you don’t want a 15-minute wait) as they can get quite busy. Only cons for me: I don’t love the biscuits and they do not salt their fries (and IMO, this has to happen as soon as they are out of the fryer) but they will salt on request. Note that there is no dine-in option.
