Gave me literally one napkin (for fried chicken too?? come on) and gave me a funny look. Also gave me 1 ketchup in bag, I then asked for more…gave me 1 more ketchup.Unreal how stingy they are here. I understand costs going up, but this is a new level of stingy I haven’t come across anywhere (until now).Definitely not giving them my business and I recommend you do the same.If you’re in area, spend the extra 5 mins and drive to the south location at Kingston and Morning-side instead.

Visiting Toronto for 2 weeks, stopped by Chick N Joy for some lunch. Got a 10 piece mixed Chicken and poutine. Poutine wasn’t as advertised, wasn’t very appetizing. Chicken was excellent! Customer service was poor to say the least. Both employees (owners?) were not accommodating or helpful whatsoever. We definitely overpaid! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I usually go to the location at Morningside and sheppard, but I have noticed that on Monday and Tuesday special 2 PC chicken for around $5.00 . They try to give you the smallest piece of chicken.

Decided to order from here using DoorDash. Was disappointed at the chicken that we got. The chicken was very dry and overcooked both for the dark and white meat. Even looked liked the meat has been on the counter for a while. Did not look fresh.

They really served us dinosaur nuggets from the grocery store..? the sides were good. It's the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. But these were definitely not the nuggets shown on your page. If I wanted dinosaur nuggets, I could have gotten them from the grocery store for a cheaper price. We won't be coming back. Completely disappointed ?
