This is my first and last time eating at this location. The staff were friendly and all, but the food… the food is a no. Here is what I ordered:Chicken bowl:Brown RiceRefried BeansBlack beansChickenMild and medium sauceCornSour creamCheeseGuacamoleLettuce.After eating some, my stomach started to get full. Which is fine because I planned on taking it with me for lunch the next day. Hours at home, my stomach began to hurt. The pain ended up getting worse and I had full blown food poisoning. Never again. Worst experience ever. Either the chicken was not cooked properly or the lettuce was not cleaned or the food was just bad in general.

Worst chipotle experience. I’ve given this location more than one chance to redeem itself, everytime I am let down. From food quality to complete incompetence. My order never tastes how it’s intended to. I know this cause I’ve eaten at multiple chipotle locations and they all taste the same except the STC one. Shout out to the Don Mills location for quality tasting food every time I’ve gone for the last 4 years. If you want chipotle drive the extra 15 mins, you won’t be upset.

Never Place mobile order or delivery order at this location..!!!Your food will look like it took out from trash can..!!!The rice is over cooked and like a paste balls, can be used to close any open holes on the wall in your house..!!!Ingredients in your will be missing always..!!!And very very less portions.. not once .. visited 3 times hoping for better .. always same..!!Disappointed..!!@ManagerDon’t be cheap..!!!Pay your employees better and serve the food better..!!!

Portions were disgustingly small they didn’t have enough food for the people so they decided to give everyone half portions. This would be fine if I wasn’t charged full price for my meal.
I was there yesterday and I was Approached by Srujal, he was very kind and presentable. He understood the ratio of my meal and made it out for me. He is the best.

First time ever trying Chipotle, and never again. Bought a bowl (white rice, half chicken, half steak, cheese and sour cream) for $14 incl. tax. Thought it would be a good post workout meal but y'all are so stingy with your portion servings and y'all bowl sizes are small, my bowl was only half filled. Rice, a relatively inexpensive item for a restaurant and y'all can't give a good scoop. Essentially given half scoop for every topping I requested.
