I ordered 15 cupcakes at 8 pm and the service was very quick. The owner iced everything and wrote a banner for me and even gave some extra cupcakes, free of charge! Very speedy service and lovely person! And the taste of the cupcakes is very good as well :) I will definitely buy from here again in the future if I have any big parties !

If I could give a review with Zero stars I would . Unfortunately I had to pick one. After reading reviews and hearing stories from people I know I would highly suggest never to order anything from Rhonda . As I women in business I am appalled at her lack of professionalism that we experienced and it seemed all to crazy she was very adamant about having money before anything. Generally a small deposit down and then full payment upon pick up is how it goes in the business so I warn you all to Be careful and advise going elsewhere! Even the responses she puts on these reviews just blows my mind . Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. She sounds and types like she’s unstable and unreliable. Please do yourself all a favour and go elsewhere!!

The owner RHONDA GOLD has very bad customer service. I ordered a cake from her, she said she can do it, I gave her the money and everthing. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, she emailed and said she will do it next morning as she had family emergency. I said okay, but please deliver it in the morning as it's the birthday morning. So, I emailed her in the morning asking for the pictures of the cake. She replied that she can't do it and she will refund me in 7 days. I don't know what to say, why would you even take the order or should let the customer know in advance, so that I can do something else. It was pathetic. After that email, she didn't picked up my call or didn't bother to email back. I called a day after, she picked and said what do you need, you will get back your money and hung up. Please don't buy from her. She didn't even bother to apologise. She was awful. I will never buy from her and suggest everyone to do the same because she will ruin the day for you.

And followed through!!For someone supposedly doing this for 40 years, have you not learned time management and scheduling?? Certainly politeness is something you ought to know for well more than 40 years!! guess not.Seems like you have a lot of time to answer every single review, but incapable of basic correspondence when a customer attempts to contact you multiple times. hmmm.Maybe people won't keep "bothering" you, if you tell them what they need to know, in advance!

My son wanted a guinea pig themed birthday this year so I ordered a custom cake from Rhonda to look like our Peppa. Everything except the black base was edible... and it was ALL eaten.This chocolate cake was so fresh and moist and I am glad I chose to go with the buttercream icing - just look at that detail! It wasn't too sweet so everyone enjoyed it and I am so excited to see the second one I've ordered for his party with his classmates.Rhonda is attentive and thorough providing a beautiful product and great customer service!

We ordered a cake in September from Classic Cakes for our son's birthday party.I let Rhonda know the time of the party (2pm Saturday) when I placed the order on Tuesday and was told that was fine. On Thursday afternoon I realized I still hadn't been given a pickup time and reached out to her.Between Thursday to Saturday afternoon there was radio silence, no call, text or e-mail was responded to. This stressed my wife out a lot, especially when I found reviews from people that mentioned they didn't get their cakes.When we still hadn't heard anything an hour before the party was set to start, my wife ran out the door to try to buy another cake elsewhere as a backup. Then 30 minutes before the party start time, I received a call from Rhonda to let me know the cake would be ready in 1 hour (and that she thought my wife was "crazy" to be worried about it). I called my wife, who thankfully hadn't bought another cake yet, but she then had to rush back home to get everything else ready which caused even more stress.We had to ask two of our party guests to pick the cake up since my wife and I couldn't leave our home and other guests during the party to get it.The cake looked and tasted good when we finally got it - but it was very stressful not having the details and then having to try to find a way to get it late and pay for it sight unseen - that my wife and I didn't really enjoy it at all.So my recommendation would be to tell Rhonda that your party is 3+ hours earlier than it actually is (or even a day earlier) to try to make sure you get it by the time you need it. And make sure you confirm every detail many days in advance and don't let yourself get too stressed out...
