They didn’t even ask for a bag, and they said they had to pay for the bag. At other Coco stores, after ordering, they would ask: Do you need a bag? They even had to ask in person. They didn’t have any plastic bags. They said with a stern face that they only had paper bags and they needed to charge money. They wanted money and wanted to go crazy but at the same time, they asked you to have a good service attitude, okay? ??Who comes to drink milk tea just to see your bad face? ????

Great place for bubble tea! Customer service is awesome and they will remember you as a customer from just a couple of visits. They do have a high influx of mobile orders and sometimes they prioritize those over the people that are in the store, but it is never an excessive wait. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, they would recommends drinks based on preferences. very fast service, got my drink as soon as I finished paying. The price is very affordable, average 7-8$ each for large whereas others are 10+ for a large. Although I would like to see more comfortable chairs, a little on the smaller side but it’s okay.

Edited: the owner contacted me the next day and compensated with Coco points.Went to pick up the order I placed on the app. But was told my order had been picked up already. The shop did not try to offer anything to resolve the mistaken pickup so I never got my order I paid for…..
Whenever I take a bubble tea drink I always choose the Taro flavor. Usually the slushy one.Here it isn’t the best but it was still good. And there was a good amount of tapioca pearls.Overall it was good. The place looks clean. It’s simple. Not too many choices which is easier to decide.The order was quickly done.I would come back come and try other flavors.

This is my favourite bubble tea spot in the area. I have never had to wait long for my drink and the staff are very efficient with creating drinks immediately so that there is no wait. This is your standard Coco location with the same menu as everywhere else. Overall, the staff are friendly and quick, the drinks come out exactly as you would expect them to and I have never had to wait for my drink! I have no complaints, great location.
