I’ve been a regular at coco but I’m very disappointed and concerned about this location’s sanitation and quality control. I found a hair in my cup and it got sealed by the top. I can’t express how obnoxious after I found this when I was half way done the drink.

It makes me laugh just talking about it. I ordered a cup of pearl milk tea. I took it and took a sip and found that there were no pearls in it. I told the clerk that there were no pearls in it. The clerk said: Pearls cost 60 cents more. So I would like to ask if there are no pearls in bubble milk tea, why is it called bubble milk tea? The service attitude of this store clerk is really unflattering ? One star is more than enough

Very upsetting experience at woodside square scarborough location! Tried 3 times to order my milk tea with pudding, never happened, everything they have sold out this topping!! This Sunday, they have sold out the pudding, not surprisingly, also fresh taro and crystal pearl!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 drinks, 1 of the milk tea missed 2 toppings!!!!!! It missed the grass jelly and the sago!!!!!! I don't even know what to say at this point!!!! I never see any business that could run out soo many thins at once and missing staff from the order!!!!!! Anything can go wrong went wrong that day!!! I hope it's just me get unlucky!

Tried a brown sugar pearl milk tea. The employee, I think her name was Sunny, gave a good recommendation. She was very friendly and made a great drink. Definitely will visit again.

This bubble tea shop is at Woodside Square shopping mall, but it's entrance facing a parking lot (no entrance from inside the mall building). It is long and narrow with 3 sets of tables (12 chairs) in the front third of the store. The side of the store has a gold-coloured reflecting mirror; I've never seen it at any other CoCo before. The service is fast and good. We ordered the following: 1. Mango Green Tea (large $5.50, Sunday special $4.88). 2. Caramel Dulce Milk Tea (large $6.10, intro price $4.80). I preferred the Caramel Dulce Milk Tea because the taste was fuller. There is no free WiFi, but you can use the free WiFi from Pizza Pizza next door. The store is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is not wheelchair accessible, but there is an employee washroom that is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot.
