By the way, Why did I choose this Cafe is just because Halal and Gujarati Owner. But the thing I see is totally unacceptable and unavoidable. I am looking for Halal, but that doesn’t mean I would get served by Naked girls. Are you doing Marketing or want to get more customers by this foolishness. إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ, instead covering themselves, they want to get exposed by taking shirts up. Owner should recommend Hijab. Those two pinky one’s really so disgusting. Specially in the middle of the night, where people try hide their awrah they wanted attention. Came to this store 18 mins before closing and red head standing at the counter declined to serve me saying we can only give cake and ice cream. Very unprofessional and unfortunate experience.

I came to D Spot last evening for the very first time w my GF. Both of us enjoyed the cafe enormously! We met Abrar (possibly the manager) - he helped take our order at one point (when he noticed we were ready to order when our nice waitress went to use the restroom or something.) We asked him a couple of questions regarding the menu & he was very helpful & gave us some great recommendations! For sure we are going to come visit your cafe again (most likely in a month- once all the thousands of calories are burned off LOL.) I want to recognize not only Abrar but also our waitress who was excellent. The receipts that I got said “Ashley” or “Ayesha” but she confessed that those names were incorrect before she signed off her shift (at around 5.30/6.30 approximately.) I hope the cafe can recognize her service mentioned in this comment card :) keep up the excellent service/ work & please know that I am going to recommend D Spot to all my other friends for sure! Have a wonderful rest of the night/ weekend! ✌?

Abraar was my server and he had amazing customer service and a great attitude!
This location is very welcoming and the staff are great! We were served by Monica, who went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that the food was great. I recommend trying the Lotus Milkcake!

Hi,I came to your Scarborough location yesterday with my friends for dessert. I had ordered the crunchy munchy butter toffee cookie skillet. When it came out there were no chocolate chips in the cookie as advertised on your menu and the cookie was raw and very undercooked. I asked our server about the missing chocolate chips and she stated that there were toffee bits and no chocolate chips in this item. I asked her to check the menu but she said the staff knew better and made it correct. Also said that it’s not undercooked and it was cooked based on the standard time. She said she can rebake it without the chocolate chips. She was very rude and wasn’t trying to fix the issue and kept asking “what do you want me to do” I asked for the item to be taken back and I didn’t want to order anything else because of how rude she was. Also there were 5 of us trying to explain the issue. An apology was never given, a manager or a staff member did not come to ask us if we were okay and your server did not return to our table to refill water, take old dishes for over 1.5 hours. We had to ask for our bills as well since she was avoiding our table. I would like someone to get back to me about this unprofessional and rude service.
