Came in today randomly to get my favourite strawberry milkshake. Left this Dairy Queen super happy. Not only do they offer hello kitty themed cakes, which I love, but the service here is great. I didn't order any food but was watching the cook in the back making orders and saw so much care in packaging fries. He made sure every single fry in the box was cooked properly and even took the extra time to take a pair of tongs to take out the overcooked ones. I've never seen that before at a fast food establishment it truly made my day. My milkshake was great as well :D

Terrible service. I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard, but there was no cookie dough. When I asked for some, I was met by a confrontational employee who insisted she had mixed it in. She did not, and she wouldn't correct the mistake after I asked politely and repeatedly.

I gave these guys 3 tries before writing this review. Every time we got Blizzards, and every time they were saucy and melted. This third time I got the Reese's Peanut butter Pretzel Blizzard. I only got 1/4 of a peanut butter cup and the rest consisted of peanuts and pretzel pieces. I've frequented many other Dairy Queen locations for the same flavours too and have never experienced the consistent disappointment as I have here.I gave this place so many chances due to the proximity to my home but I'm done. I'll be visiting other locations instead.

I really hate to be this person, but I keep getting disappointed time and time again. This has been the last straw though. I order through UberEats all the time and get a cookie dough blizzard with every meal. It's my favourite blizzard. I pay to get extra cookie dough added as well. This has happened far too often, but tonight was the worst. I had next to no cookie dough added into my blizzard. Less than even a regular amount without paying for extra. Why though? I pay for extra, so I should get extra, right? This has happened almost a dozen times now. I get way less cookie dough than when I first started ordering from this place. As time went on, I got less and less. I would rate 5 everywhere because I order from this place often and love how good the quality of food is, but when I pay for something, especially extra, I shouldn't get nothing out of it. Please do something about this.
