You get dramatically reduced portion size with already inflated price. They already increased the prices by more than the inflation, now the portion size is shrinking. Repeat customer, no more.

They mixed up my order with other twice already(even not during busy hour). I ordered from that food court almost every week from different restaurants. Only they mixed-up order, which the others never happened. I will suggest whoever order take out, check your order before you leave the food court.

I would encourage you to try as many dishes here as your hungry eyes desire! They got the ‘WOK HEY’ (wok flavour). They got the good price! The portion size is amazing!! You can feel the heaviness of the food in the container when order is ready. Individual meal comes with soya drink or soup! Hands down on the black bean bell peppers beef noodles, Stir fry beef& bean sprouts rice noodles (Gong Chow beef hall fun), Yeung Chow fried rice and many many more delicious authentic Asian take out!! The staff are great and very pleasant. The ladies behind the counter are excellent and can multitask!! Though this place is out of our way, but it is definitely worth the drive.

Cheap and delicious! This place has so many dishes to try. I've been coming here once or twice a week for almost a year and have never been disappointed.Their prices include tax so it's easier to calculate how much you have to pay. Also, it's one of the very few restaurants I know that still have a good lunch for under $6 with a drink (soy milk or tea). When you go up a dollar to $7, the menu expands to another 40-50 dishes. No wonder this place is the busiest in this cafeteria style food court! Most people call in their orders and pick up later. When you see no one in front of the restaurant and can't understand why the dish you just ordered is taking so long, please know that there could be many orders ahead of yours for this reason. Most orders I've seen have between 2-5 dishes. The staff have their own lunch around 2:30 pm so expect a 15-20 minute wait around that time. They also have the red hot sauce that I like, which I squeeze all over my food - yeah I like it spicy. The noodle dishes here are average and a bit oily, and I prefer rice dishes, so I don't normally order noodles here. I do like their beef fried rice noodles, but only once in a while. There's plenty of seating - I think it can hold about 80-100 people in the eating area, and it usually clears fast. The parking lot is pretty big too so no worries about finding a parking spot.If you're craving some cheap, tasty Chinese food, this is the place to go!Vegetarian options: Several all-veggie dishes in their menuParking: Always spots available even when it's busyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps and automatic double doors make this place accessible

I believe they changed chefs. Foods not that great anymore. The chicken was dry, the lotus root with preserved meats was only sausage and was tasteless. Wouldn’t come back again.

Good food great value. Gets very busy at times may need to wait for 10-15 minutesUpdate (Sept 2022) price increased a bit but quality of the food is still as good as before. It's my go-to for take out food when I'm in the area.

I have been buying meals there for a couple of years. Most of the time it was fine. I received horrible service today the second time. I made the order in-person and paid upfront. The cashier said the wait time was about 15 minutes I could see that they were very busy today and it was fine. I stood there waiting and noticed that all the people made their orders after me got their food. I asked the cashier about it and she replied politely that mine would come soon. I reminded her that I had waited more than 20 minutes (actually 30 minutes). It was peaceful and the cashier was nice. The chef suddenly came to the front and said my food was “in the wok” already. order line-up. I said not really, as all the customer here got their food, and only me was still waiting. He then said they had phone orders as well. I then said I had paid and then stood there for so long. Why I would come back next time. (I truly believed that they had forgotten my order). The chef t hen said loudly, “you then never come back.” I finally got so upset that I just left without the food. The only good thing was, I only ordered one lunch box and therefore lost $7.5.I have been buying takeaway for several years, and most of the time it is fine, but today is the second time I have been angry. The cashier sister was very polite and said that she would have to wait for 15 minutes. It seems that today is a busy day, but I can understand that. But after standing for more than 20 minutes, all the customers who came before me got their orders, and all the customers left. Of course I asked the cashier sister and said that I had waited for 20 minutes (actually 30 minutes). She said that it was almost here, and the process was calm. But I don’t know why the chef came out and said that the food was already in the pot. They were merchandising. I said that all the people who came before me got the order, and they all left. I was the only one left. He said that they also had phone orders. Come in person, pay the money, and wait so long, why would you want to come again? (I think they forgot my order, the chef immediately said loudly, then don’t come here in the future, I was really angry and left, I didn’t get the lunch box, and I didn’t want to get the money back, but fortunately it was only $7.5. Get angry? Why do chefs make trouble for no reason? If you work hard, you can rest. There is no need to make small things big and find customers to vent your anger.
