My only problem is with tipping. Just because I didn’t like your service because neither you suggested me anything nor helped me while I was trying to make my customized omelette.So, I didn’t tip, said Thank you to her and the server was rude to simply took away the machine when the transaction was done & didn’t bother to politely reply.So to summarize,Tipping is not mandatory, you will only get tipped if we like your service. But saying thank you / you’re welcome is a part of customer service.

We had brunch here on a Friday morning at around 11 am. There was a single wait staff on the floor tending to no less than 6 tables. Orders were fulfilled incorrectly - although they were apologetic and fixed it with no fuss. Food itself was mostly okay except for the overcooked scrambled eggs.Maybe there’s more staffing during peak hours but our experience was not good and the wait staff (who by the way had great attitude other than simply not having the capacity to be attentive to all the customers) seemed unreasonably overworked.

I tried to go to this particular location on a tuesday around 1 pm but the door was locked when I knocked the hostess came and told me they are closed today for training. This is the first time i have ever heard something like this. Never going back here again

Came to eat on out last day before going back home. First time I ate Pea meal.. love it. And food was prepared correctly and place was clean. As soon as we came in a lot of people started coming. A must when visiting Scarborough.Parking: Lots of space
