I hyped this place up so much to my friends and planned my day around Fanzone opening at 12pm on May 1, 2021. So I got to the restaurant around 11:49am waiting for them to open. Some guy in a Lexus with bootleg rims rolls up at 11:58am to open the place up. I called about 4 times and waited 20 minutes after 12pm then finally left. I understand sometimes people run late and it's a pandemic, but if you see customers waiting outside your restaurant after you should be open, tell them you're running behind or pick up the phone when it rings. I wasn't the only person waiting outside. Fanzone...YOU CAN DO BETTER

Visited Apr 16 2021. The wings are decent in size but the taste is very average. I’ve been to Fanzone many times but I’ve noticed that the quality has dropped to a very low level. But the staff is still very friendly.A couple of years ago Fanzone was one of my favourite place for wings.

Easy to place an order - wings were tasty - definitely try the j*** chipotle and bbq creole.
One of the best wings spots I've been to. They have a good assortment of flavours (mild flavours, hot flavours, dry wings and a bunch in between) but the highlight are the massive portions they serve here. Be prepared for a huge wings that taste perfect. We had the honey garlic and garlic parm and enjoyed both. We also had an order of the Mexican fries which were nicely done. This review is for during the covid19 pandemic. We ordered via an app and the packaging and all seemed fine. Will definitely visit again for wings!

Wings are decent but I feel like the quality has gone down over time. They used to be tastier but now the taste isn't all that great, certainly not anything I would come back for. Wings are still quite large in size which is nice. Customer service has been fine all times that I've been here, however, I usually order takeout. There are better wing spots in Scarborough in my opinion.

Customer service wasn't great and they weren't very friendly. I ordered the BBQ wings and they were amazing. The flavor was good, the texture was great, and I could eat these all day. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak and set it was pretty tasty as well.

Definitely the worst wings in North America. The wings are heavily bread, ok fine, the hot ones aren’t hot at all, ok fine, but the wings are not even cooked properly, the insides are still partially uncooked, the smell persists, not ok at all. Seems like they bring frozen bags of breaded wings & just fry to order.Wings are some of the easiest foods to make & this place has failed horribly in this.This is supposed to be their specialty, think of other items that are not.Waste of my money, apatite & mood.
