Lobster in Hong Kong style is their best seller. The foods taste awesome. The restaurant seems too busy.Parking: The parking spots are just behind the building. Easy to find and adequate.

The towers of seafood and the fact that they bring the live crab and lobster to you before they cook it makes a cool experience. Additionally, service is top notch. I am no expert on this kind of food but I did find it pricey for the taste as I found it to be average. It wasn’t horrible but it was missing something.

This place is a scam. We ordered the set dinner for 4 at $499... Our bill came out to $875. How in the world that came about? First they tell you that it was the last king crab they got and its 7.78 lbs... And we had to pay the difference at $72/lb... So we paid extra $130? I have no idea. Then the lobster which they had a lot... And they said its a 4.5 lb.., and we had to pay the difference again. Then when the food came... Everything was cold. Im pretty sure we were served the king crab and lobster we saw. And i have no idea what else made $376... Never go back and dont eat here.
The food is pretty good, with great portion and great seafood variety. Yet don’t expect any service from this restaurant, the staffs are always not smiling, showing an unwelcoming vibe.

1. If you want to order a set meal, the waiter will always tell you that there are no lobsters or king crabs of this size. If you want to eat, add money, add money! The taste of Lobster Sands is average, the taste of Typhoon Shelter is good, the bean sprouts are too old, the fried rice with lobster paste is not like freshly fried, there is no pot gas, it tastes too dry, not fragrant and not delicious at all. 2. The service attitude was average. When ordering, I felt that the attitude was not very good. I had to order rice three times before it was served. I called three different people and the last person helped to serve it. 3. The atmosphere is okay and the place is spacious, suitable for gathering with family or friends. 4. Note that the tip is automatically added to 12%. If the food is not ideal and the service is not satisfactory, I personally think there is no need to give extra! 5. Not recommended because it’s not very tasty. z z z

Bad experience! The food were not fresh made. And the king crab was changed after we took the pictures (Size was smaller than the pictures we took). We arrived at the restaurant at 6:35pm. They took the king crab and lobsters out for us to take pictures. Then they took it back to cook (it was around 6:41 pm). 1st dish came out at 6:51 pm. (They took only less than 10 minutes to clean, cut, seasoning and decorate). The most important thing is the food came out that FAST, but it was kind of warm, NOT hot at all. Other dishes looked wired as well. When the last dish came out (that’s a fired rice), they have a crab’s shell on top of the rice. The shell was so clean and nothing on it. It’s 99% looks like a toy, not a real crab shell. We drove from United State to Canada (15 hours driving and highly recommended by a friend to visit this restaurant). We spent $600 on it. NOT WORTH AT ALL!!!!!!!!! People beware of this restaurant!!!!!!!
