Pricey for fast food chain but definitely worth it because of the quality! Fresh hamburger meat, very soft buns, lots of choices for toppings. Free peanuts! Chocolate milkshake was perfect. Staff was very friendly, came around the dining room often to sweep the floor and check condiment station. Bathrooms very clean. Lots of seating options.

The worst customer service ever, never going there again.I ordered fries and as I am a regular customer and always got salted complimentary peanuts along with it.I took the peanuts this time too and one of the employee saw me doing that didn't say anything at the time but as I was about to leave stopped me and told it was for dine in only, there was no board saying that, no instructions and the guy didn't say anything.

Went to this restaurant and ordered a hamburger they gave me a cheese burger ? even though I am lactose after I took a bite into it and saw the cheese . Complained the next day online, and the store manager called and offered me a free hamburger burger . Please understand the pain you caused a customer and by making it better with a free burger I don't think do. If you want a burger place, which is1. Cost vs. food go to square boys instead of this place or burger priest right across the street or McDonald's in the opposite plaza they will get your order right2. The staff like to hear one thing and give you something else I.e. order a hamburger get a cheese burger3. Resolution - give the person a free burger for their trouble you caused to resolve the issue of $30.00 for the meal and more cost for problems after .This was my experience here and I would not go back again.
