Been here many times over the last 5 years or so. Always found the food fresh and tasty. I found that the menu had changed quite a bit since last visit so I Tried a teriyaki bowl. No flavour at all. Broccoli was over cooked and the chicken was dry. I do not recommend.

Place the order, says ready at 706, get there 714 and ask if there is an order ready, the employee goes and checks a phone and tells me they will just make it now. They made it quickly but who really wants to have their food rushed when made and why does a customer have to feel awkward because the app says it’s ready when it’s not ?

One of the worst salads I ever had here. We have been coming to this freshii location for years and the quality has evidently declined. I ordered a cob salad with chicken that had mozerella cheese instead of blue, the lettuce was wilted and the dressing was a tiny lit dab. The chicken must have been canned chicken or tuna because it was very flaky, dry and fishy. Times are rough and I understand the cost savings reason but this is not acceptable. It was inedible and absolutely disgusting. You have been warned do not come here.

Ordered my usual - Oaxaca bowl with chicken. Noticed the new bowls are rectangular. Don’t like them they feel smaller and super hard to stir food. Also they forgot to put the beans in. Inconsistent service the past year very unfortunate.

Have a look the pictures and at the amount of food for my orders. They are half empty. And the food taste awful. If I had seen the food before I left, I would of cancel my order and demand my money back. Such a dishonest restaurant!

Just had to order through a screen located at the cash register...can you find a more impersonal way to do business?! Hey Freshii some people still like to interact with humans!! Ditch this ridiculous concept. Your business / marketing model is based on health and connection, this does not speak to that messaging. So sad that this is what the Freshii experience has come down too.UPDATE: GOT HOME TO FIND NO DRESSING / wrong order. I'd go back or call to complain but what would the talking screen possibly do?!? What a joke. Head into the Mr.Sub instead. Small owner / operator that greets all the customers and actually shows up to take your order.

This location has gotten so cheap. New smaller bowls, someone on a computer takings orders and quality of foods has been bad the past few times. Stop cutting corners
