Went last night with my girlfriend at 730 and the guy was mopping the floor. When he saw us approaching from the outside he seemed disappointed. He rushed me while ordering and told me to hurry up. He said he had to close up but it was only 730 at that point. I told him closing was in 30 minutes and he gave some attitude. I asked him for a smoothie and he didn’t include it. He rushed my girlfriend and our food. He put my wrap in the heated grill and took it out within 4 seconds. I told him that it wasn’t enough and he told me to look at the grill marks. After getting my burrito and experiencing bad service .. the food was COLD! Both of our foods were cold. We were gonna go back but he closed before 8. Terrible location

Although I do like the food I do not like this attendant that is there at night hes always rushing. I get off work late. So I go 30 minutes before they close. And it seems that he doesn't want to help. He just wants to get out of there. He was rushing my food that he forgot to put an ingredient in my bowl. I really hate this location,

I usually pick up Oxaca bowl for lunch, today I picked up for dinner. I didn't catch the mans name, but damn he made the most delicious Oxaca bowl. No questions asked when I swapped kale for romaine, warm protein and rice, fresh veggies, was so good. Efficient service, I was in and out, no waiting or having ubers eats bump you in line.Definitely a hidden gem!

I recently reviewed the eglinton location which was horrible but wanted to give this one a try and it's a lot better. Been here 3 times now. Great place to get a healthier post workout meal and the staff here is way better than eglinton location.

One of the best freshii branches I’ve ever been to ! No idea why the overall rating is low .. maybe people who live nearby are not used to such concepts .. try the oaxaca with steak and see if you like it !
This is a great place for dine-in. The food was a generous proportion, fresh and delicious. They have a great variety of vegetarian bowls to choose from. Shihan provided excellent, courteous and professional service. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you for the great service!

I get a salad or a bowl from here at least once a week and this is by far the best freshii location I've been to. They have excellent customer service, they're fast and they don't just throw together the food and they also don't skimp on the ingredients. Love this location!

I went to pick up my online order it took me 10mins drive to get from work to here when I asked for my order .The lady at that time and day (05.18.2022) pre-order online didn't get my food prepared at allThe brown rice was dry. All the ingredients of Buddha Burrito fell on the wrapper.I'll go somewhere else
