Got a large taro smoothie with tapioca and grass jelly, it arrived open, not sealed at all! *to the response from the owner, no he didn’t drop it, your employees didn’t seal it properly because one side was alittle bit on and the rest wasn’t, they just closed it with their hand and put in bag. But thanks for being “understanding” and apologizing for this inconvenience! Will definitely be coming back ?*

the drinks I have gotten are fairy good, although I cannot enjoy it in the "paper/ eco-friendly" cup. It is falsely advertised as being in a plastic cup via the menu images and social media. There so too many actual eco-friendly and visible alternatives that can be used instead. Atmosphere is OK. Not very welcoming and feels awkward to sit as the only customer.

Gongcha is my absolute favourite boba chain but I will never return to this location. The cashier was disgustingly rude and I’m pretty sure she tipped herself before handing me the machine. I ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted nothing like I know its supposed to. It tasted like warm water. So disappointed I’m never coming back.

I prefer real fruits and such.I find “Oreo Chocolate Smoothie” with 0% sugar is my favorite every time I visited a Gong Cha location.

Overall, it's not a bad place; if you're looking to grab a quick milk tea or something to eat then it's quite serviceable. The croffles in particular are quite delicious.Where I deduct points are the bubble waffles, which taste abhorrent. Very dry, lacking any flavor or moisture in the bread, I found myself unable to eat anymore lest I upset my stomach. Considering the long weight time for it, to say it's a dissapointment is an understatement.Nonetheless, the cafe is not bad, but you will find the quality and taste is not consistent with all the items. If you stick to the basics, then there shouldn't be too much of a problem

Small branch located in the corner. Little seating area can accommodate upto 8people.Wasn't that busy so I was able to get my order right. Fortunate that I didn't have experience from some less star reviews were saying about getting orders not as ordered.Staff were good in my visit.I would definitely go with no sugar next because it was too sweet even with less sugar option :(Not wheelchair accessible.

I ordered a coconut smoothie with two toppings. Unfortunately I forgot to ask if it contained milk until they were almost done making it. Myself and my daughter are both allergic to milk. They then told me there is milk in the smoothie powder. I suppose it was my fault for not letting them know sooner but I still feel like they could have tried to rectify the situation and they decided to tip themselves. Also they were not sympathetic whatsoever. Very disappointed.
