First time in this restaurant. VERY impressed from the cleanliness of the restaurant to the food! So clean and the staff was so nice and friendly! The food was delicious and the portions were perfect! If your fish lover you have to try this place!

Can't comment on the food or atmosphere because the service was atrocious! The red light Hours of Operation sign said it was open until 8pm on Friday however when we entered the restaurant at 7:10pm we were confronted by a server who told us it was take out only because they needed to clean the floors by 8pm. If we wanted to eat cold food we would have stayed at home and ordered delivery!We were not planning on spending the evening and only the 20 minutes required to order and eat - as everyone knows fish and chips is the fastest meal - we wont be spending our money at any of these Halibut House restaurants, since it now the second one to have this same attitude. Understanding they don't need our business, which with 3 of us close to $100.00. We certainly don't need their attitude or frustration.

The staff is always polite and friendly. The fish is amazing, but my fries were not so good. They weren't crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Oh well, I threw gravy on them to make it work.Parking: Wide open!Kid-friendliness: Great for children, they have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility from your car to the respondents. Overall, all a decent location of this chain chippy. I'm generally fine with this chain but personally prefer an independent fish and chip restaurant. This location had friendly enough staff and is pretty clean and well maintained. Decor is a bit clinical and seating okay.Had the Cod & Chips (special of the day) it was a fair cut of fish and a slightly generous portion of chips.Prices are as you would expect for fish and chips.
