1. Online and telephone reservations are not accepted, so it is recommended to come on weekdays and join the wait list on site to wait for about half an hour.2. The food is served very quickly. It is recommended to order the hotpot before you sit down (cash is $5 cheaper) btw, only accept cash and canadian debit.3. Their service is very good. The waiters are very attentive and add soup and water immediately.4. It is recommended for more than one person to eat, as the portion size is too large.I've eaten here twice and the experience was very good. It's a restaurant worth queuing for!

The chicken hotpot is very tasty. However the options for hotpot dishes are limited. The casserole rice ? is too salted.

Food was very mediocre. Very expensive. Only two sauces given, one for chicken and the other was a sweet soy sauce. Go to Haidilao instead - it's more worth it.

Extremely bad management. Initially, We tried to call 2 months early to reserve a table of 10 people, coz it's a busy restaurant and its hard to reserve a table so we called early to reserve it but they said it was too early and they cannot make a reservation for us. So we waited and called yesterday to reserve it for 7pm for March 4th but the person who answered the phone said they cannot reserve for 7pm coz 5pm reservation has to be reserved first, even though 7pm reservation was still available, but they won't do it, what kind of stupid policy is that???

Came here with my parents after my US trip during the holidays. This place is open late, which is nice for those late night foodies. My parents usually come here for the hot pot, so that was what we went with. Their chicken and herb hot pot combo is pretty good, and it provides you a starter tray of meats. I really liked their hand made pork and beef balls. They have beef tripe and squid that you can have as add-ons, and given my love for them it was a no brainer. All ordering is via iPad, so there wasn't much service interaction. Place is cash/debit only!

We ordered pork belly and chicken hot pot, shredded chicken, and three-pot clay pot rice. They were all pretty good, but the service was so bad! ! !I asked the waiter to share the claypot rice and said that there was no such service. All the food was thrown away without any service, and the hot pot food was not reminded that it was on the side of the table. We were all full and found that there were still dishes under the table. Then, after just one hour of eating, they came to remind us that the time was almost up and asked us to pay in cash and debit card. No credit card provided.We ordered all of the dishes were good, but the service was terrible!!!Ask the waiter to divide the rice and say that there is no service. All the food will be thrown away without any service, nor will he remind us that the hot pot food is at the table. When we are full, we find that there is still food at the bottom. Then, after only an hour of eating, they came to remind us that the time was approaching and asked us to pay in cash and debit cards. Do not provide credit card swiping.Too bad, I won't go again!
